This one bedroom has full kitchen, log furniture, queen-size bed in bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room, wood fireplace, sliding glass door to balcony, jetted tub, ceiling fans, extra sink/vanity area, two TVs, DVD player. Unit includes all bedding and linen, towels, cutlery, crockery, and sauce pans. You will even find an assortment of books, games, etc.

Everything you should need. Coin laundry facilities. Comfortable lobby with fireplaces. We also have an elevator. You will appreciate that after a long day on the slopes! Sorry, no pets and no smoking, please.

Heated outdoor pool, indoor hot tub. FREE underground parking lot, or outdoor parking lot. This condominium is even just steps from the FREE bus route to resorts, town, etc. Use this FREE complimentary transit system or walk to skiing, restaurants, bars, food, shopping, movies, and shops. The FREE bus runs from morning until night. Also, very convenient, next door at Marriott is a ski shop, bike rentals, restaurant, and club. Many others within a few minutes walk.

The condo was very comfortable, clean and had everything we could possibly need. we had most of our meals at the condo because we were too tired after skiing all day. The location was excellant because we were able to walk to nearby shopping or catch the bus at the curb. And the skiing was awesome too!

  • I stayed in Leeann's Carriage House Condo #417 the first week of April. While the condo is modest, it was clean and comfortable with no surprises and the outdoor heated pool was the ticket after a day on the slats. The location was great. The free buses stop outside the building and take you just about everywhere you need to go in Park City (save your money and ditch the rental car). Also an easy walk to shopping, Albertsons 24/7, restaurants (good steak house and mexican just around the corner) etc. No hassle with check-in/check-out, the electronic key lock was real convenient. Most of all Leeann was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and a dream to work with. The accomodations were just what I wanted. Thumbs up!

  • The condo was very clean and a great location. We loved the bus system and the closeness to the condo for the stops. It was a bit small for a family of four, but we weren't there to stay in the condo! The skiing was awesome. The cable wasn't working. It was nice and quiet on the 4th floor.

  • We stayed at LeeAnn's condo the week of Feb 4 through Feb 11. We had a fabulaous time skiing with perfect snow conditions. The condo was very nice, with great amenities such as covered parking, hot tub,etc. It is in a great location with easy access to downtown Park City as well as the 3 ski areas.
