Queen’s Grant 641 is a luxury villa located in beautiful Palmetto Dunes. This spacious retreat accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This condo was newly renovated in 2010 with a fully-furnished private deck.
Marion’s Place properties offer luxury accommodations to compliment your island vacation with all the comforts of home. Our property features vaulted ceilings and large, comfortable living areas. There is beautiful landscaping and huge live oaks scattered across the plantation. A large swimming pool is located on on-premise. We also provide spa quality linens and towels at no additional charge! Our guests enjoy relaxing on the sparkling beaches that are only a short walk away. You can also play a round of world-class golf at one of the island’s 24 courses. Or, enjoy the superb shopping opportunities the island has to offer. You can even explore the island’s numerous nature trails! One thing is certain, every guest is guaranteed to enjoy the island's warm, semi-tropical climate year-round making it ideal for luxury vacations in any season.

Master Suite: King-sized bed, private bath and TV
Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed and twin-sized bed
All bedrooms are equipped with pillows, linens, comforters, quilts and/or blankets to accommodate six people.

Our living room has comfortable furniture with plenty of room. There is a TV, a VCR, and a DVD player, as well as a sliding glass door that opens to the patio.
Kitchen:
Fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, and Stove.
Washer/Dryer located inside villa.
Palmetto Dunes offers complementary shuttles throughout the plantation including stops at the beach, golf courses, and the Mall at Shelter Cove. This service runs from April through Labor Day.

Everything was set up very comfortable, we enjoyed our stay very much. The decorations were so adorable and very tasteful. The walk to the beach was a little further than we would have liked, but we are used to staying on the beach. The beach area is beautiful, we even saw dolphins. We cooked in a couple nights and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed so much being able to bring our pooch with us, it made for such a great trip, no worries about him at home. We will definitely come back again. My only recommendation would be to have recycle bins, throwing things away seems so awful. Everything else was perfect!! We made a day trip to Savanna, GA; it was the best day, what a beautiful city and great food, we ate at Tubby's.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers.

the facility was great. ray was a terrific help to us. we especially appreciated the proximity to the beach.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past week. It was a perfect fit for our needs. Everything was 'as promised' and I think we left everything like we were supposed to leave them. The property was clean and obviously well kept and maintained. From start to finish, everyone we encountered during this experience was top notch and very helpful. We can't wait to do it again!!!Recommended for: Pet owners.

The property was exactly as presented in the photos. They have a topnotch cleaning crew and provided plenty of supplies to get our vacation started. Any questions we had in arranging our stay were promptly answered and the deposit was returned within a week of our returning home. We would definitely consider renting a Marion property again and would feel comfortable recommending them to family and friends.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We (family of 4) recently spent 5 nights in this villa. The large rooms, new furniture and updated kitchen were all nice and clean. Visitors probably need to bring or rent bikes to get the beach as it's nearly a mile from this unit. Easy access to the General Store (via the golf driving range path) and to the nearby pool was a plus. The only thing missing was a grill. This unit was a good value for a family get-away.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
