  Sorry this is so late, but my family stayed at this great condo for 4 days in early March '12. It was a last minute phone call to Carol & she couldn't have been more accommodating! Very comfy condo in a great location. Bus stops right outside the door. Roomy & has everything you need. Thanks again! Deb L.

  I stayed here for a long weekend with my husband and 2 boys, ages 3 and 6. I can't say enough about the owner, Carol. She was super to deal with and was always attentive and responded with lightning speed to any emails. The place was perfect and so big! The pictures don't do the place justice. It was super clean and very homey with everything you would ever need. The fireplace makes the place so warm and comfortable, you don't need to leave to have a great time. The pools on site were great too and wonderful to end the day with. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone and working with the owner was super! Thank you again!

  This place was fantastic. Very clean and roomy. The kitchen was fully stocked. The pools were fantastic and my kids enjoyed swimming so much! We were located in such a great area with so much to do. The area is so scenic and beautiful I can't wait to go back and stay at this condo.

  We had a great time in Lincoln. This condo had plenty of room and the kitchen was stocked with everything! It was clean and roomy and located in a very convenient spot. The pools were very nice and the kids enjoyed swimming. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to going back.

  My family and I rented this condo over Memorial Day Weekend and we had a blast. The location is great and there's so much to do in the area. The views of the mountains were magnificent. The condo was very clean and comfortable and it felt like home away from home for a few days. We went to Santa's Village for a day and it was an easy, scenic drive from the condo. The owners were very easy to work with too. We had a great time and would (and will) absolutely rent it again. We highly recommend it and will tell all our friends about it.

  This condo was wonderful. It was very clean and bright and open. I can't say enough about it. Like the other reviewer stated the pictures don't do it justice. There was plenty of space, it was comfortable and it had a great flat screen tv over a gas fireplace, two balconies. A private one off the master bedroom and one off the living/dining area. It was in a great location across from the Loon Mountain ski area and would be great during ski season. There was no house across from the condo just lots of woods and the balconies faced a private wooded area. It was also pet friendly and great to walk the dogs around the condos and the woods. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend this place and would definitly stay here again on my next visit to Lincoln. Thanks again for letting us stay at your condo.

  Excellent location! Close to so many of the local attractions! Quiet, comfortable, with plenty of room for our family with 5 kids! We will certainly stay here again the next time we go to the White Mountains!

  Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your wonderful condo ! We had such a great time at your unit and were impressed how it was so well stocked with all the things that one could possibly need for a stay from the sugar/condiments to household supplies. I have been raving to my neighbors and friends about what a great getaway place this is especially as you allow pets. Your pictures on the Home Away site doesn't don do the condo justice. The set up was very family friendly and well situated. If your going with a group, having each of the three bedrooms on different floors allows for privacy. The unit was neat and well maintained. Carol was very accomodating about letting us know when the unit was cleaned and time we could check in by calling me on my cell phone. The pools and tennis courts were within walking distance of the condo. I was impressed to see that a shuttle stop to Loon was located at the end of the street for winter use. Make sure to eat at Common Man Restaurant and Pigs Ear BBQ !
