  My family had an incredible experience during our stay at this exceptionally grand condo. One could not ask for a better location- directly on the beach with private beach access and a swimming pool. This spacious condo could easily house 3 couples with kids. However, this is a great place for a young family with an infant, too. We put the baby down for a nap while enjoying the breathtaking ocean views and tanned on the patio. This place is worth it - Open the sliding glass doors and enjoy the constant calming sounds of the ocean ALL WEEK LONG, even from bed in the master bedroom! And the condo really is just as beautiful as shown in the photos. We rented bicycles, shopped, and enjoyed a fantastic meal at Cafe 30-A, directly across the street from the Legacy. We look forward to return here again... soon!!

  This was our second year staying here. The condo is very comfortable for 10 people and in a great location, wonderful beach, walking distance to bike rental, restaurants and a Tom Thumb across the street. Chana took very good care of us and I will be giving her a call next year same time.

  This is a beautiful condo in a great location. beautiful ocean view with a balcony, easy beach access and directly across the street from the best restaurant in town, 30A Cafe. There is a bike rental across the street and I was able to ride my bike everywhere! The condo was very clean with comfortable beds and has a very nice kitchen. I highly recommend this vacation rental. I look forward to staying here again.

  We had a very enjoyable stay.Condo was wonderful,beautiful beach views . Very comfortable and close to all amenities. Property was clean and well kept and everything was as described. Close to everything on 30A. Would rent again or recommend to friends.

  Problems: broken light fixture in bunk room that was never repaired; ceiling fan in MBR did not work; broken arm on dining room chair; poor furniture selection leading to extremely cramped dining space; average kitchen equipment; uncomfortable and poorly maintained wrought iron balcony furniture; minimal bath towels, etc; move in/out carts in very poor condition. Overall: not a good value.

  Owner response: Thanks for your input.Previous renters had broken some things and rearranged my furniture.Working on repairing broken items.Would appreciate it if these things had been addressed while you were staying in the unit and they could have been taken care of.

  This condo is spectacular! So chic yet comfortable and they have it stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend this condo to anyone. There were four adults and three children in our group and we couldn't have been more comfortable! We LOVED the loved the time we spent in Seagrove and were thrilled to how close Seaside and Watercolors were. It was always so nice to come "home" to such a beautiful space. Well done homeowners, well done!

  We just loved this property! Awesome views and beautiful beach with powder white sand and crystal clear water. Comfortable and spacious property.This condo has a good feel about it,well decorated with comfy furniture.We have stayed in Seaside before where the cottages were small and poky,this property was large with lots of space. Very convenient location close to Seaside,Watercolor,Rosemary Beach and Grayton. Description of condo on website was accurate. Restaurants were plentiful,close by and within walking distance. Planning a return in the summer. We were most satisfied with our stay.

  Very satisfying experience overall Big luxury condo.Very spacious and comfortable with a direct oceanfront location. Good location,close to restaurants and within a 10 minute drive of Grayton Beach and Rosemary beach. Conveniently located and a few minutes drive to Seaside Pretty beach ,nice to walk on.Great sunsets. Generously sized balcony with lots of space to dine,lounge or watch the sunset. Well stocked with appliances and even had beach chairs for us to use. Considering we had 3 couples it was great value for money. We paid less each than a motel would have cost. Thank you for the use of this awesome property!!

  Wow ,what agreat time we had.Didnt expect to be wearing shorts and swimming over new years weekend.Condo was topnotch.Location was perfect.Loved the area.Condo was well stocked. Close to restaurants and just a few minutes to Seaside. Have stayed in many rental condos before. This was one of the best properties we had stayed in. Thanks for a great stay.Hope to come back again.

  Great beach trip.Beautiful area,nice beach and pool area. Beautiful condo with a breathtaking view of the gulf in wonderful part of Florida. Close and convenient to everything 30A has to offer. Would stay here again.
