This Chic 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath bungalow on a huge 1.5 acre wooded gated property is in St Helena, the heart of the Napa Valley Wine Country. Originally a plant nursery, this garden property boasts over 100 different varieties of trees, plants and fruits.
This newly remodeled home is located along the Napa River close to world class restaurants, wineries, shops and is midway between Auberge du Soleil and the Meadowood Resort.
The home is equipped with a Gourmet Kitchen in a Great Room setting. The large outside deck overlooks the Napa River and vineyards, with Mount St Helena in the background. This extremely private setting is perfect for a relaxing vacation in the heart of the wine country, with plenty of outdoor space including a hot tub under the stars. The finished basement is our game room with sofa bed and desk. A covered patio comes equipped with a ping pong table and BBQ.

This private little estate was perfect for our trip. A great location and a perfect home made our stay in Napa a wonderful trip. This home truly is hidden, but once we found the entrance we had it down. The property was just like the photos, clean and welcoming. After a long day at the wineries it was nice to come home, unwind and enjoy a quiet dinner and more wine. Property is close to St. Helena and two great markets are there.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Thank you for the lovely stay. We had a great time hanging out on the patio, going in the hot tub, cooking meals, and watching movies. The place is superbly decorated and very comfortable. So close to town too! We had an amazing tasting at Tudal Winery too. Only one request- a regular drip coffee maker or a french press. We got the hang of the bloom, and the taste was great, but it took so long and didn't stay hot.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

I go through Napa Valley at least once a year and have visited La Casa Dora numerous times. It can be a little tricky to spot the first time; but as the previous reviewer notes, you won't forget. The backyard deck is perfect for relaxing and watching the setting sun. Everything about the property whispers 'relax'. And coming back from a long day of winery hopping, the place is an oasis. I stay at La Casa Dora whenever I can (it does seem to book up quickly).,Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Very easy to rate this place with 5 stars! My wife and I go to the St. Helena/Napa area for wine tasting and buying several times a year and have stayed at several hotels, resorts, and other private residences. This is the most secluded, peaceful property in St. Helena that we've stayed in and it's right on the Silverado Trail. It's a little difficult to find and may take a couple of drive-by's to locate the driveway at first. But once you find it you won't forget. We extended our stay and didn't want to leave. Very clean, well maintained, peaceful, and a place we'll go back to again and again. If you're familiar with the area you know the rate for this place is outstanding. Cheers!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.
