So, are you looking for a vacation getaway? This Condo is on the 5th floor of the Diamante Building - Ocean Front - with an undisturbed view of the Sea of Cortez with its magnificent sun sets. The condo is fully furnished - the kitchen fully equipped with all the utensils needed. Electronic includes Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, CD Player & Radio in Living Room and a Flat Screen & DVD Player in Bed Room. If you are a movie lover, we have over 100 DVD's for you to choose from! Also BBQ's utensils are provided in case you want to use one of the outdoor BBQ's provided by Las Palomas. Wifi provided in this Unit - if you have a data plan with your cell phone you can make free calls!
As a guest you will receive the following services - daily maid service, set up account to charge to the room for Bars and Restaurants, 24/7 Front Desk Assistance. Beach Towel Service & Kids Club.
Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort is situated in the exclusive Sandy Beach area of Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), which is a vacation destination set against the Sea of Cortez - known as the Gulf of California with clear, deep blue waters.
Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort is the largest master planned resort in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) It offers an abundance of activities for everyone including Golf at the Links, SPA complete with skin treatments and massages, a series of Pools, Hot Tubs and Lazy Rivers w/Rafts, El Citron Fine Cusine Restaurants, The Coffee Shop where they serve coffees and specialty coffees plus drinks and soft drinks also ice cream and pastries in Phase I , Bars, Swim-Up-Bars, Lounge Chairs with optional face shields and Palapas on the Beach. Also available is an fully equipped Exercise Room and BBQ's.
This unit is in rental pool. Only guests with wristbands will have all Resort amenities.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservation Policy:
- At the time of reservation 50% Deposit of whole stay.
- The 50% remaining will be charged 10 days prior of arrival day.
- Reservation holder must be over 25 and stay at the resort.
- All changes will have a $25.00 fee.
- No changes allowed within 10 days of arrival date.
- Changes of Holiday reservation will have a penalty of $150.00.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 11 days prior to scheduled arrival date
full amount minus $150 Cancellation Fee.
- Cancellation within 10 days of arrival NO Refund.
- No Refunds for no shows or early departures.
- No refunds in case of eviction ZERO tolerance policy.
- No refund for holidays.
- All cancellations or changes must be made via e-mail.

- Check-Out: 11.00am.
- Late Check-Out will be at 1:00pm only with prior authorization.

Brigette, We just got back and wanted to tell you we had a great time and your rental condo is very nice. I'd stay there again as it was peaceful and had a wonderful view. This condo is very comfortable, have all neccesary! has a nice ocean view and is near to the pools and beach. Owner is very kind person, she sent me all neccesary information of this place due to was my first time. I fully recommend this place, for sure I will back! Just got back from the most AMAZING family weekend get away!! We stayed in Brigitte's BEAUTIFUL condo in paradise!!! I have rented many times through VRBO and let me tell you, this is by far the most enjoyable location and deluxe accomodations I have ever had the pleasure to stay in! It was such an easy process to rent from Bridgette. I have never been to Puerto Penasco and had many questions. Brigitte was so helpful in making suggestions and answering my questions! It was such a pleasure to rent from her. From the moment you open the door to her condo and see the professionally decorated and well planned out furnishings you feel pampered! I still can't believe the view from the condo's balcony -- simply incredible! From sunrise to sunset you get the most incredible view of the panoramic vista of the ever changing sea. When you are ready to sleep, the king size bed will give you a perfect night's rest so you will be ready for your next day in paradise! The pull out sofa bed is very comfortable as well, and you can sleep with the patio doors open to the sound of the waves. The condo is completely turn key -- just bring yourself and the rest, fun and pampered experience you need are waiting for you! You will take away memories for a lifetime. Thanks Brigitte for sharing your piece of paradise with the rest of us! We are a couple in our 20s that stayed for a week and had a great time! We stayed from 12/29-1/5, so it was not a peak time which meant that the resort was almost completely empty, and it was very nice! The services at the resort still operated, but some were closed down in certain parts of the building at unexpected times. The unit itself was in perfect condition - we watched a few of the DVDs that were available in the unit and were able to watch the ball falling at midnight on New Years Eve without any TV problems. I definitely recommend staying here!Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

OMG, wonderful. Brigette's unit was fab ulous & felt like I was at home. Everything she said to me whether email or by telephone conversation was true. Great Location. The outdoor deck/Patio was much bigger then I imagined and the views where breathtaking. The employees at the resort made you feel like you where an owner & not a guest. Marie at the pool bar will take care of you, happy hour 12-1 & 5-6. We went Jet skiing and a ride on the banna boat right from the resort. Already have spoken to Brigette about planning our next trip.GRecommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo was great. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Brigette was very pleasant to work with through the whole process. We have been going down to Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) for over 8 years...and we love it there. The beach is amazing, the water so clear with colors of blue & turquoise. We like to watch the Dolphins feed close to the shore and the Pelicans hunting for fish.
