  The location of this property is AWESOME! The value is a good one. The outdoor pool stays pretty cool even in summer. We did not find out until the last day there was a public restroom on 2nd floor. (We had been taking kids up to the room all week LOL!)

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  My compliments on the lovely unit we rented from you. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Great decor, comfy beds, and a kitchen so well-equipped I was able to cookup a giant pot of Gumbo to entertain the 13 members of our party staying at Royal Palms. Several members of that group liked "our"unit better than theirs. The quality of your dinnerware, flatware, etc. was superb. Thanks so much for providing an integral part of a very successful vacation...when we head for the Gulf again I wouldn't even bother to look for any other accommodations!!

  We family and I just got back from a week at Royal Palms 405. We had a wonderful time. The owner was wonderful and easy to work with during the time before we arrived. There were three adults and three young children on our trip, and we had plenty of room for everyone in the condo. It was very clean upon arrival. The furnishings were adequate and didn't crowd the living space. All of the TVs, appliances, etc... were in proper working order. The carpet and flooring throughout were nice. The only thing I did not like it that there is only a shower (vs. tub/shower combo) in the master suite. The balcony was very spacious and nicely furnished. The view was wonderful. I would stay in this unit again without hesitation and would recommend it to others.

  This condo was lovely. We enjoyed our say very much. The view of the beach was fantastic. The pool was not in the greatest location on the side of bld, No fault of the owner. Just be prepared to spend the afternoons at the beach and mornings for pool if you enjoy sunbathing. If I has any complaint it was the bathroom in the master bedroom needs to be updated. Overall I would rent this very clean and well maintained condo again. We walked on the beach to parasail, and sea-doo. We also had Sea & Suds a great place to walk to for breakfast, lunch or dinner for full day of fun @ the beach.

We are constantly changing items out. Fresh and clean are important to us as well. Fun family memories are what it is all about. I think we all go to Gulf Shores to eat.   The unit was exactly as depicted on website. Very clean, spacious and user friendly. A beach walk to Sea and Suds restaurant and short drive to all attractions.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

  This was a great condo. I will stay there again, it is like you are on your own private beach with it being next to the state park. The condo was spacious enough that two families can be comfortable and have their own privacy.

  Owner response: 2 nice size bedrooms, dining table that seats 6 and 2 places at the bar. Plenty of room for the family group or friends. Hope you will plan your next beach vaction with our condo in mind.
