Queen’s Grant 790 is a luxury villa located in beautiful Palmetto Dunes. This spacious retreat accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This condo was newly renovated in 2010 with a fully-furnished private deck.
Marion’s Place Properties offer luxury accommodations to compliment your island vacation with all the comforts of home. Our property features vaulted ceilings and large, comfortable living areas. There is beautiful landscaping and huge live oaks are scattered across the plantation. A large swimming pool is located on on-premise. We also provide spa quality linens and towels at no additional charge! Many of our guests enjoy relaxing on the sparkling beaches that are only a short walk away. You can also play a round of world-class golf at one of the island’s 24 courses. Others enjoy the superb shopping opportunities the island has to offer. They even explore the island’s numerous nature trails! One thing is certain, every guest is guaranteed to enjoy the island's warm, semi-tropical climate year-round making it ideal for luxury vacations in any season.
