  This is a luxurious well-appointed house with lots of nice features and comfortable furniture. It is great for kids - there is a pool table and foosball in the garage plus a media room with a Nintendo console, board games, etc - although I would caution that babies and toddlers need to be watched due to the stairs connecting the 3 levels. The kitchen and dining room are inviting and had everything we needed, and the owners were super accessible and helpful by phone. The house sits on a high cliff and is across the street from a row of houses so while there is an ocean view, it's best seen from the master bedroom on the 2nd floor. The neighborhood seemed nice and private; we were not enthused about the main Lincoln City strip along Highway 101 so we appreciated being far enough from it. There is presumably private access to the beach via a long spiral staircase down to the beach, however, it seemed to belong to the neighbors across the street who have put big "do not trespass" signs (and so we didn't). Walking to the beach is otherwise possible but not very practical - yet once you get there, it is gorgeous and fun. Overall, we highly recommend this property.

  The house was exceptionally clean and spacious, and the four-bedroom, three-bathroom floor-plan was perfect for our family of seven. One feature that was greatly appreciated was that one bedroom and full bathroom were located on the main level, which was perfect for my wife’s elderly parents. The kitchen was fully equipped and extremely convenient. The garage was also well equipped with an billiard table, foos ball table, beach chairs and crabbing equipment. In addition, there was an ample supply of beach towels. "PACIFIC BREEZE" is a secure and calm location far enough from the hustle and bustle of hwy 101 to be calm and relaxing yet close enough to all of the activities that the Oregon Coast has to offer. The house is also located close to outlet shopping and local restaurants…. Overall, we had a wonderful time during our visit. The house was clean and in excellent condition, and Kristen, the owner, was very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend this property, and we plan on returning every year!

  My family wanted to make my parents 50th wedding celebration very special. We couldn't have chosen more wisely than this "Pacific Breeze"!!! It is scrumptious to say the least. The beds are heavenly. The space is gorgeous and well appointed. It is roomy, comfy, and kid friendly. We had three generations living there for several days and everyone found something to do that was enjoyable. The oceanview is to die for. I think we must have taken hundreds of pictures. The beach access across the street was perfect. If you want a relaxing vacation that isn't far from PDX and close to shopping, look no farther. I can't recommond this property to highly. Book today!

  We had often thought of a personal retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Oregon coast has always been a place of rest and relaxation. This "Pacific Breeze" Lincoln City home is one of the most amazing accomodation and craftmanship home we've vacationed at along the Oregon coast. We really felt like we were home. The ocean beach access is just across the street and the accomodations were simply gorgeous for our full family. We're planning on making this retreat a quarterly event. Most highly recommended for your family and friends!
