The wood burning fire place provides for a cozy evening after a hard day on the slopes, while you watch the 42 inch flat screen HDTV in the living room. Wi Fi is included in this deluxe condo along with a whole house humidifier to combat the dry air. The new tank less water heater means that you will never run out of hot water, and the washer and dryer means you can pack lighter. To ease those sore muscles after a long day of skiing, there is a large common hot tub or spa, along with a dry sauna, and if you bring the kids, the complex also has a ping pong table available. This was the fourth time that my friends and I have stayed at this condo during Sundance. We always have a mix of skiers and movie goers and it's the perfect location to appease both. The condo is a block away from Park City Mountain Resort and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. It's also a block away from the free city bus that takes you to downtown and the other local ski resorts (Deer Valley, Canyons). Condo is clean and well-maintained and checkin/checkout is easy and convenient. Condo has parking but you really don't need a car. Overall, we have a great time and would definitely go back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thanks Janis for this great review. Glad to have you back again, and look forward to seeing you again next year.

We just returned from skiing at Park City and stayed at this very comfortable and wonderfully located condo. It is well furnished, spacious (3 couples stayed) and had plenty of hot water and towels. The adjacent indoor hot tub was perfect to enjoy after a day of skiing. Covered parking was a real plus, didn't have to scrape ice and snow off car. We were very pleased with everything and highly recommend this condo. Look forward to returning one day.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thanks for this great review. I hope the skiing was a good. We look forward to having you back soon.

We try to make it an annual occurence.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
Owner response: Thanks for your good review Bill. Glad to have you back, and look forward to seeing you in future years. Hope the skiing was super.

Condo was exactly as described and everything was in working order. The condo was clean, conveniently located and surprisingly spacious. Our group was 6 men and we all need our space, having full bathrooms connected to each bedroom was a plus. It has a very large balcony, unfortunately not much of a view but nice to have. The large (approximately 8 - 10 person comfortably) indoor hot tub was used daily after the ski slopes. The only comment I received from our group was one of the bedrooms is located next to an exterior stairwell door and could be heard by the occupants of the bedroom but it was not too bad that they could not sleep. Owner and management were great to deal with. Thanks again would definitely consider renting this condo again in the future.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.
Owner response: Thanks Jeff for your excellent review. We are glad you enjoyed the condo and will be pleased to welcome you back any time you would like to come. You were there during Sundance which generates more than normal traffic, hence you heard more use of the stairwell door. Hope to see you back soon.

The condo is located a block from the main parking lot of Park City. You can't beat the location. We really appreciated the fact that each of the three bedrooms had there own private bathroom. The kitchen is a little small, but certainly functional. The living room is also small, there really was not enough room for 6 of us to watch TV. At the end of the day, the location is what wins you over.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.
Owner response: Glad you enjoyed our condo we find it very functional. Hope you will return for another visit

We spent spring break in this unit and were thoroughly pleased. The kids could walk to the Park City Resort and we could take the free city bus to Deer Valley and the Canyons. The condo was great with plenty of sleeping space and room to move around. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to enjoy several meals there. We definitely plan to return to the area and to this condo in particular for another vacation.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with young children.
Owner response: Thanks Bruce for the review and glad you enjoyed Park City and we will welcome you back at any time. Summers are wonderful also

The unit was just as described in VRBO. Easy access to the PCMR, a short walk up 14th and over the parking lot. We had 6 in the condo and it seemed that it was good size for the group. With the 3 bathrooms, it served all of our needs just fine. The condo was quite tidy and everything worked just fine, and with plenty of towels for the group. The nearby hot tub was quite large and was excellent after spending the day on the hill. The owner was very nice to work with and would recommend this condo without reservation.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+.
Owner response: Glad you enjoyed the condo, we try our best to keep it in top notch shape and ready for those who enjoy the finer things in life. Hurry back

This is about the 7th years that our group has stayed at this condo. It is everything they say it is - convenient and comfortable. We keep coming back to it because of all of its pluses. It is the best of all the units we have stayed in at the Lift Line Condos (we rent 3 or 4 units in the Lift Line Condos each year for our group). The owner is very easy to work with.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
Owner response: Thanks Steve, we are please that you enjoy our condo, and look forward to having you back year after year.

The condo was VERY clean, pictures are accurate and was great for our family. We had 6 adults and felt like we had a good amount of space. Nine might have been tight for us with all of our gear. The kitchen was well equipped. They had family games and the internet worked well. Park City is expensive during the week between Christmas and New Years and I thought that the price of the condo was similar to others in the area. The hot tub was inside and we would have preferred an outdoor hot tub. I consider this is a personal preference and not a flaw in the condo set up. The condo was walking distance to the Park City Mountain and the Main Street area. The grocery stores were also in walking distance. If you are a skier and need to carry your boots, there are lockers for boots in a shop at the base of the mountain for $1. I suggest that you bring a backpack for the grocery store, as the buses did not come as often as we hoped for. During Christmas week the cabs are fairly expensive ($15 for less than a mile). We did our big shop when we got there and used a cab to get home and then made daily trips to the store with our backpack. The owners were very interested in our thoughts on the condo, which I thought was great. When I gave them some input about things that I thought would make the condo even better, the owners agreed. In fact, they refunded some money because told them that I did not think there were enough towels, which ended up being the property management’s error. The transportation the owners recommend through Daytrips.com worked great and I would use them again. The Day Spa, Vie Nouveau, (.10 of a mile from the condo) was great! All 6 of us had great messages and the price was reasonable. It is not a fancy place but the messages were some of the best we have had. The owners did not want dogs but would have allowed them for an extra fee. I have two dogs and I think that they would have loved it there but they got left behind. FYI -- UTAH has interesting liquor laws. The beer in the grocery stores is not really beer. The liquor store is closed Sunday. All beer on tap is not really beer but bottled beer in bars and the restaurants is regular beer. Be CAREFUL of local brewed beer, as some has very high alcohol content. Also, keep the altitude in mind if you are traveling from sea level. Stay hydrated.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.
Owner response: Thanks for this complete review. I am sorry about the towel situation, I hope we have that solved permanently. We are glad you enjoyed the condo and hope you will return again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in your condo. For the 6 of us, the 3 bedrooms - each with their own bath! - was ideal. Your central location to old town and all the ski resorts proved useful as well. It snowed one night and we were happy to drive out of the covered garage without shoveling snow, too!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
Owner response: Many thanks for the review Ann. This has been a great year for snow in Park City. Glad you enjoyed your visit. Hope you will be back again soon.

Owner info

About the owner: We live in South Carolina just ninety minutes from a ski resort, but after skiing in the west we don't even bring our skis home with us. Every time we come to our home away from home we hate to leave, but we are happy to share it with others. It is not only great in the winter, but also in the spring, summer and fall. We hope you will come and enjoy it as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Park Avenue:
After years of Time Share exchanges all over the western US searching for the best place to ski, we settled on Park City. The lower altitude, which means the temperatures are not severely cold, and Utah's wonderful snow are a combination that cannot be beat. Add that to the benefit that you can get on an airplane on the east coast in the morning, fly to Salt Lake, and be skiing that afternoon, how can you possibly lose. We then spent a year looking at many different Park City condos before choosing ours. Over the past seven years we have completed many upgrades to our home away from home and have enjoyed sharing it with many families. We would very much like to add your family to that list.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Great Location, just 2 blocks up the hill to Park City Mountain resort, and after a hard day on the slopes, it is down hill all the way home. The free bus stops are within a half a block in either direction of our front entrance to go anywhere in Park City. We have just installed a new water filtration/softening system in the whole complex to combat Park City's hard water and the new tankless hot water system means that regardless of how many long showers there are, you will never run out of hot water..
