Elegantly appointed 4 bedroom / 5 bathroom beachfront home located on a beautiful bay beach at the north end of Hope Town. Enjoy picturesque sunsets and views of the Sea of Abaco through French doors and large windows. There is an open kitchen, living, and dinning room floor plan. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the main floor. Three additional bedrooms are located on the third floor. The ground floor is a garage. Outdoor living includes a furnished deck and screened-in porch overlooking the sandy beach below. Far Niente is just steps away from a shared public dock and a short golf cart or boat ride to town.

Hope Town is an old fashioned town with modern amenities and an island charm you will never forget. Activities to enjoy are boating, swimming, bicycling, fishing, surfing and kite boarding. Experience great Bahamian cuisine with restaurants on the water while watching the sunset over the harbor. The great thing about vacationing in Hope Town is you are near other islands that you can go off and explore. Hope Town is near other islands and lots of vacationers go off exploring – renting a boat is easy and in a day you can explore other outer islands and protected reefs such as Sandy Cay, Fowl Cay and Mermaid’s Reef.
Getting to Hope Town:
Getting to Hope Town is fairly easy once you get to West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale or Miami, FL. The flight from Florida into Marsh Harbour is one hour. Once in Marsh Harbour a taxi will take you to the ferry dock where you’ll catch a ferry over to Hope Town. The ferry ride is the start of your vacation, with views of blue water and surrounding islands. Once you arrive to Hope Town the caretakers will pick you up and take you to the house.

Hope Town is a small village with lots of beauty, located in Abaco, Bahamas. This unique town offers snorkeling, diving, fishing, boating, kayaking, sailing, swimming and bicycling. Our village streets are small and no vehicles are allowed which make our roads pedestrian and children friendly. They are filled with colorful lush flowers flowing over white picket fences of Bahamian homes. Photographers & artists will love this picturesque village and harbour!
Tasty Bahamian Cuisine is all over the island and can be enjoyed while sitting at a harbour view or oceanfront restaurant. This community island often has events/activities offered during select times of the year, such as Bahamian cookouts, regatta races, art shows, fishing tournaments, etc. In the evenings there are beautiful sunsets on the beach and harbour. After the sun goes down, for those who want to venture out at night we have local live music (select nights) for those who want to dance underneath the tropical stars! Our town has something for everyone all ages and we look forward to your visit!
