  Just had a wonderful week in Safety Harbor. We've rented several vacation homes in the past and this property was the best, hands down! Outside was paradise, the photos do not fully reflect that. The pool was like a spa and we enjoyed the hot tub which was new only a few weeks ago. It's clear that Jack and Beverly pay very close attention to the overall look of the property and the comfort of their guests. There were bikes to use and we regretted not having time to put the kayaks in the bay. The house was beautiful with an upstairs porch to die for and perfect for morning coffee. Inside was spotless and had everything you'd ever need. My sons (17 and 12) each had their own space and even when my sister visited there was always plenty of room. We really had no issues when we were there but Jack and Beverly were attentive without being intrusive. They were incredibly flexible with our dates when our plans changed. Safety Harbor is a wonderful location that satisfied my oldest son's need for skateboard parks and my youngest one's need for city life. We were on the beach in Clearwater in only 20 minutes and Dunedin in less than that with it's bike path and great restaurants. We loved Ybor City, Big Cat Rescue, the beach and that one glorious day when we let the oldest take the car and relaxed by the pool the entire day! We'd rent again in a heartbeat. If you're looking for a "sure thing", rent this property, you won't be disappointed!

  What you'll get is 1) Lots of room, all on the 2nd floor. You can use the stairs or an elevator. Everything is so clean (... we are experts from Germany on this!) in order. The kitchen is so well equipped with plates, sílverware and all sorts of kitchen utensils that it even surpasses what we have at home 2) You will have a huge screened balcony which is facing the south side.Very nice for outdoor breakfast or reading a book if you don't want to be down by the pool 3) The pool is beautiful with a waterfall and big enough for some swim. There are plenty of corners with table and chairs around the house where you can sit and relax. With the automatic pool cover he water it is always very clean. 4) You can also use the hot tub that is opposite from the pool around the house under a nice old oak tree, which throwing acorns at you from time to time when you dream away in the warm jet. 5) We had a very hearty welcome by the housewife, with flowers in the room. This is like family. We were visiting for a week with our adult sun and can only recommend the property as well as the owners who live next door. You have your own kingdom but still the full support of the owner. Every little issue was fixed right away. Beverly and Jack were so helpful with every question we had and they'll give you all the tips you need during your getaway. If you need something they'll get it for you. For example they gave us their own bicycles for the time to explore the surroundings. There are some good trails starting not far from the house in the park. Thanks you so much!

  This was just a beautiful serene, peaceful home away from home. Clean, clean clean & private. The owners were great – nothing that they wouldn’t do to make us comfortable. Very close to shopping, theatres, lakes and the beaches. All amenities were there for us. A private solar heated pool, hot tub & outdoor grill were at our disposable. Kitchen had every appliance – mixer, crock pot, juicer – you name it. Our view of Tampa Bay was spectacular and our screened in porch allowed for all day sunshine. The property is way nicer than the pictures online. LOVED IT!! I would recommend this rental for those who like a nice laid back retreat - whatever age you may be.

  Thank you Beverly and Jack for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo! It is--by far--the cleanest place we have ever stayed (including our own home)! The central location was perfect for us--about half-way between downtown and the beaches. We would return without hesitation to enjoy your beautiful deck and pool, and loved the Safety Harbor area.   The townhome was fantastic and suited our needs perfectly. The listing was accurate and the owners could not have been more helpful or gracious. It was a wonderful experience from the time I booked to when we, regretfully, checked out. The townhome was clean and spacious and was well equipped with all the ammenities needed. We would highly recommed this property and would stay there again.

  Could not have been more pleased with our stay! Great hosts and great place to stay. We were there for NCAA hockey tournament and 4 adults had no problem enjoying this beautiful home. The pool was a terrific bonus as we rested up poolside during the day. The property was clean and well-maintained. We would recommend this property to anyone headed to the Tampa area for a vacation.

  Our second visit was as lovely as our first. Top-quality accommodations were enhanced by the addition of a beautiful new pool and deck. The owners are always pleasant and helpful; they made our children and grandchildren feel welcome and at home. We definitely want to return.

  Excellent place to vacation...room enough for 2 families...close to lots of sights...great place for a family reunion..which we had a mini-reunion..nice pool and hot tub..great decks...didn't need a thing..it was supplied for us...
