My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property for a week from 4/20 - 4/26. It is everything it says on the website and in the other renters reviews...the taste displayed in the beautiful decorations, the well stocked kitchen, the cleanliness etc. We rode bikes, relaxed by the community pool and most of all just sat on the lanai and read. It was SO PEACEFUL! The view off the lanai was so lovely it just added to the total relaxation of our vacation. With any luck we will have the opportunity to visit this lovely home again! We had the opportunity to stay in this immaculately clean, very nicely and tastefully decorated home which is furnished with everything you may need, and more. We found our stay to be quiet and restful as the home has a lovely and relaxing view from the lanai. The house, which is in a golf and tennis community is strategically located. It is close to the highway, the beach and activities in the Lakewood Ranch area and Bradenton and Sarasota. We hope you have as good a stay as we did. Our family of five comfortably stayed in this home for two months. The home is equipped with all the basics. The neighborhood is great for walking and bike riding. There is golf, tennis and a great community pool and playground. It is close to shopping, dining and I75. The owners are wonderful people too!Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Thank you for allowing us using your gorgeous villa! I’m a “frequent villa-renter” all over the world and can compare to other rental houses. I have never encountered such a lovely decorated home in a such perfect and clean condition like yours. It’s definitely a jewel. Everything works, everything is clean and it has from everything (towels, dishes etc..) plenty of pieces. We did not miss anything, you have thought of all. It is the first time at all the I write a review – but this outstanding house and your friendly and professional organization definitely deserves this mail.
