Extra-high palatial ceilings, tastefully selected furnishings, and prime location within walking distance to Coligny Plaza create this truly unique elegant home. Fine design and construction in 2004 by Marc Ellis, Master Builder and two-time Builder of the Year. With 5400 square feet maximizing great room and entertainment space this home is valued at over $5million. Ocean front balconies have oversized rockers which are perfect for hours of leisurely rocking your cares away or watching the children on the beach. We have delightfully hosted celebrities, many birthdays, engagements, 50th wedding anniversaries & holiday gatherings with ease.
BOTH LEVELS have spacious entertainment/media areas, kitchens, and laundry areas. All bedrooms have private balconies with direct ocean views. Elevator service from ground level is convenient for handicapped.
The FIRST LEVEL has a gourmet kitchen, six-burner cook-top, double ovens, granite counters, laundry area, travertine and pecan wood floors, and three king bedrooms. One feature king suite has see-through fireplace and oceanfront jacuzzi. The media center has a 42" flatscreen cable TV. Plush seating includes 3 full-sized sofas, 3 chaises, and ample comfortable chairs.
The SECOND LEVEL has 4 bedrooms (2 king master suites and 2 queens & 2 twins) and an entertainment center that includes large flat-screen TV, microfiber sectional, game table, and kitchenette with old fashioned popcorn machine. Bathrooms have travertine floors, sunken custom designed tubs with muti-spray showers. Work station has wireless DSL.
OUTDOOR amenities include oceanfront heated pool, hot tub, grilling center, picnic table, ample seating for entertaining, and private parking for eight cars. We have added many personal extras such as some of our favorite board games, DVD's, paperbacks,pool toys, and beach towels. We have clearly raised the bar at every turn!
