This cabin was very clean, and maintained. Had lots of room and was very comfortable. The youth group we took loved the game room and of course the hot tub. We didn't get to use the fire pit because of the weather, but maybe next time we can.

Wonderful cabin in a great location
Wonderful cabin in a great location
This cabin was great for our 12 adult (plus children) family reunion. Not only was the cabin very clean but it had everything we needed including plenty of space, a fire pit, grill, hot tub, etc. The location was conveniently located about 5-10 minutes from the touristy Pigeon Forge area and around 25 minutes from Gatlinburg (depending on traffic). Having stayed at several large cabins managed by a variety of agencies over the past 8 or so years, this one goes down as one of the best.

Our family loved staying at River's Edge Cabin. Everything we could have needed was there and over looking the river was beautiful. We had a great time here and will definitely return. The Oldmill Lodging staff were wonderful to work with also, I would recommend this cabin to all of my friends.

Had A Great Time!!!!!
Had A Great Time!!!!!
My wife and I and our three daughters and their families (12 in all) stayed three nights recently at River's Edge. The cabin was perfect for everyone. The five grandchildren stayed in the lowest level, my wife and I stayed on the main level, and our three daughters and their spouses stayed on the upper level. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room. The grandkids thoroughly enjoyed their bunk beds with their own tv's plus the pool table and arcade games. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would need. My wife cooked breakfast and supper each day and we ate out for lunch. The gas grill was really nice (and clean!) as was the hot tub. We enjoyed the firepit too! The only very minor negative comment would be that the cabin is in need of a new coat of stain/sealer to brighten the outside appearance to match the rest of the cabins in the development but that is very minor. The location is great, just 3 or 4 miles out Wears Valley Road. We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again in the future (especially if we could bring our small dog, but pets are not allowed). p.s. Kelli was the person we dealt with when reserving the cabin and she was very friendly and professional and everything went extremely smooth, could not have been any better.

The cabin was AWESOME! Just perfect for the 5 couples and kids that were together ... we made full use of the hot tub, fire pit, grill and porches overlooking the water! We organized a cookout that was so fun! The kids were occupied by cornhole games and videos. It was truley a wonderful weekend ...

My family stayed in your home for 4 nights. We had a group of 15 people and there was plenty of space for all of us! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and corn hole game and had friendly tournaments going the entire weekend! Another favorite was the fire pit! It was so lovely to be able to relax around the fire at night surrounded by loved ones and and listen to the river rushing by! The home was beautiful and well maintained. It is conveniently located only a few miles out of town. So nice when you need to make a quick trip to the grocery store! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Our family enjoyed this spacious house. There were 12 of us and we all had enough room for everyone. The fire pit and hot tub were the favorites. The house had everything that we needed. It was very clean and well maintained. We would recommend this property to friends and family. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this home.

Perfect Family Vacation!
Perfect Family Vacation!
I planned an extended family vacation (4 families total) for months. We had folks arriving from all over the East coast with some pretty discerning tastes. I was anxious everything would be acceptable to them. I was impressed from the moment I opened the front door. Every amenity was thought of for a large group. Interior design was cozy, but updated. All the 40-something's hogged the "old school" video game and the kids ran outside safely. The seniors loved the large dining room table and the rocking chairs. The community pool is right next door, so it was no hassle if you forgot something. The road from town to the house was easy to drive, with no scary hills. Our seniors were even able to safely navigate around. Great house with areas for family time and quiet areas when the crowd became too much. Would happily recommend this house to others!

Great Family Vacation
Great Family Vacation
The cabin was very convenient to all the activities in Pigeon Forge, but just far enough away that we weren't constantly fighting the traffic. We were very pleased with the location, and it was just as described in the listing. The photos accurately depicted the property. We found it just as we expected. It was clean for the most part, but we did have an issue with a set of sheets on one of the queen beds. When we spoke to the property manager about it, she was very apologetic and satisfactorily took care of the situation. We did have an unexpected visitor one night which brought a lot of excitement to our second night in the cabin. We think one of the children may have left a door open a little too long. A flying squirrel began diving off the walls of our bedroom at about 3 a.m. My screams woke the rest of our family who scrambled to capture it. We released it outside the cabin and didn't see it for the remainder of our stay! It wasn't very funny at the time, but we laugh about it now. Overall, we had a great time in the cabin. It was roomy enough for all 4 of our families. The kids loved the gameroom! They had a great time ziplining at the nearby Wears Valley Ziplines. We visited beautiful Cade's Cove where we saw a lot of wildlife. We also went to the Comedy Barn and the Lumberjack shows. This cabin was in a perfect location to suit all of our planned activities. I would definitely recommend it. We plan on returning again this year!
