  Our family enjoyed this spacious house. There were 12 of us and we all had enough room for everyone. The fire pit and hot tub were the favorites. The house had everything that we needed. It was very clean and well maintained. We would recommend this property to friends and family. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this home.

  I planned an extended family vacation (4 families total) for months. We had folks arriving from all over the East coast with some pretty discerning tastes. I was anxious everything would be acceptable to them. I was impressed from the moment I opened the front door. Every amenity was thought of for a large group. Interior design was cozy, but updated. All the 40-something's hogged the "old school" video game and the kids ran outside safely. The seniors loved the large dining room table and the rocking chairs. The community pool is right next door, so it was no hassle if you forgot something. The road from town to the house was easy to drive, with no scary hills. Our seniors were even able to safely navigate around. Great house with areas for family time and quiet areas when the crowd became too much. Would happily recommend this house to others!

  The cabin was very convenient to all the activities in Pigeon Forge, but just far enough away that we weren't constantly fighting the traffic. We were very pleased with the location, and it was just as described in the listing. The photos accurately depicted the property. We found it just as we expected. It was clean for the most part, but we did have an issue with a set of sheets on one of the queen beds. When we spoke to the property manager about it, she was very apologetic and satisfactorily took care of the situation. We did have an unexpected visitor one night which brought a lot of excitement to our second night in the cabin. We think one of the children may have left a door open a little too long. A flying squirrel began diving off the walls of our bedroom at about 3 a.m. My screams woke the rest of our family who scrambled to capture it. We released it outside the cabin and didn't see it for the remainder of our stay! It wasn't very funny at the time, but we laugh about it now. Overall, we had a great time in the cabin. It was roomy enough for all 4 of our families. The kids loved the gameroom! They had a great time ziplining at the nearby Wears Valley Ziplines. We visited beautiful Cade's Cove where we saw a lot of wildlife. We also went to the Comedy Barn and the Lumberjack shows. This cabin was in a perfect location to suit all of our planned activities. I would definitely recommend it. We plan on returning again this year!

  The cabin was stunning to say the least. The cabin had enough room and comfort for my entire family. We would highly recommend to any family looking for a GREAT Get-a-way. You are also within minutes of the shopping outlets and entertainment. The booking was easy and the booking staff was grand. There were games in the lower level which made entertaining easy, along with a big screen for soaking in sports.

  Our family members and ourselves had such an enjoyable time in Tennessee and was so excited when we arrived at our destination to find your beautiful cabin that we were going to be staying in while we were there.The area surrounding your cabin was just as you described , quiet and relaxing. We found everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and felt right at home. We found ourselves at the end of our stay reluctant to go home and leave "our " cabin, for we loved our time we spent with our family here and it was so close to all the shops and dinner theaters nearby. Wow,you couldn't want any more beautiful scenery,tucked right in the beautiful Smokey Mountains of Tennessee! Thank You for sharing it with us.

  We really loved this cabin. It was spacious and very nice. Had fun playing pool and just hanging in the house with family. This cabin is just up the mountain from all the attractions so not far at all. I would recommend it to anybody looking to come to this area. The comunity is pool is right next door, and we made long lasting family memories here. Thanks and God bless to the owners for renting it out to us. We are looking to have the chance to come down again. T.

  The house was nice, but the kitchen was the worst stocked kitchen I have ever seen. Only 1 plastic bowl. No serving bowls whatsoever. Very few cooking utensils. The remote control on the television only worked part of the time. Gas fireplace did not work the whole time we were there. Could not play pool because the whole end of the pool table fell off if you touched it! This house is nice enough, but it really needs some updating.

  Owner response: Unfortunately, our staff dropped the ball on the verification of items for the kitchen, as well as the condition of the pool table as it was left from the previous guest. We do our best to make sure that every guest has a positive memorable experience. Although we do have systems in place to help avoid these items (kitchen / pool table), they did not work this time. We inform all of our guests about our 24 / 7 maintenance line that can be utilized if we do miss something or the guest needs something, but for whatever reason, this line was not utilized for these issues. This does not excuse the issues, but we want all of our guests (past, present & future) to know that we try to provide a worry-free vacation environment no matter what the length of stay is. In order to address the issues, we have purchased a new kitchen supply package for the unit and ordered a new pool table for the unit as well. When we check the remote, it seemed to work fine, however, we did replace the batteries to be sure that the remote is delivering a full strength signal for the guests. Please note that this unit does not have a gas fireplace, but has an electric fireplace. We hope to upgrade soon to a gas fireplace, but the electric fireplace worked upon inspection. We have verified that all of our information locations (brochures, websites & fact sheets) reflect the electric fireplace, but apologize if this guest believed it to be different. As previously stated, we want every guest to leave with a positive experience and wish that this had been the case for this reservation. Our staff will be contacting this guest soon in order to gather further insight as to how we can better the experiences of future guests.

  We stayed here for New Years. There were about 6 couples. We had a wonderful time and had plenty of space. Very clean and decorated very nicely!

  We visited Wears Valley the week after Xmas, and had a wonderful time. The cabin is beautifully decorated and well constructed, as well as clean and well-stocked for a crowd. Kelli was easy to get in touch with, and even checked to see that we had arrived safely and that everything was as we had expected it to be. The location is just a short drive into Pidgeon Forge, with the new Kroger easy to get to. I would highly recommend this spot; we can't wait to visit again.
