  Cabin was comfortable, clean and had everything there that we needed to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing! Close to all the activities that the Smokies has to offer and far enough away from it all when we were ready to wind down! Photos of property were accurate. I would definately recommend to friends and family!

  Everything was great, we loved our stay and hope to stay there again. The Direct TV would not work in the liviingroom, but it did work on porch and and in bedroom just fine, but honestly it did not matter because we were out sightseeing most of the time anyways! Oh and the breakfast was wonderful @ the Old Mill Restaurant! Thanks Kelli :) Dawn & Butch

  The cabin was very beautifual and clean. The only problems we had were the furnice would not turn on. We called the office and they sent someone over right away. The other problem we had was when filling the tub up the hot water tank ran out of hot water before it reached the jets. We will be coming back in the near future.

  The cabin was a little bit hard to locate even with the directions given. We made several u turns but finally found it. Once inside the we could tell the cabin was very well maintained. It was super clean and even ready a little bit early for us! It was a nice lovely weekend getaway. Even though there are cabins that are on each side of this cabin it was still very private and secluded. Our favorite part of the cabin would have to being able to watch football while relaxing in the luxurious hot tub. Be aware though if you are short this hot tub is very tricky to get in as there are no step ladders to assist you. A few things just for improvements- there was no fitted sheet on the bed (it had two flat sheets) and the minute you turned once the sheet was already off, the Jacuzzi states to let the water go two inches above the jets however the hot water ran out two inches below the jets so the Jacuzzi was really not able to be used unless you are taking a quick bath, the towels even though neatly folded smelled of cigarettes and the kitchen only contained 3 baby forks. Other than those minor detractions the cabin was beautiful and allowed us to enjoy our stay while being close to all the nearby attractions. We defiantly would stay at this cabin again.

I have also discussed the smoke smell with Head of Housekeeping and have been assured this will not happen again!   This was an adorable cabin for two. Very cozy and clean. Only 5 min from main highway. The cabin is not what I would call secluded. Cabin on each side. The hot tub was great. Powerful Jets. Loved the tv by the hot tub, however. Not much privacy because its in the front of the cabin. Would recommend some kind of shades you can let down when you have neighbors. The cable box was broken in the living room. Staff came and fixed the very next day. Its a great cozy cabin if you dont want to travel up into the mountains. One of the cleanest ones I've been in so far. Had a small problem with ants in the kitchen. Everything else was wonderful. close to attractions. Have to warn you that they give chopper rides near by. Can hear every time they took off and land. BE CAREFUL with the gas grill. Had problems getting it to ignite then a big ball of flame. Even though we had problems we still had a great time!! Would definately come back if they made it more private with shades around the hot tub for when neighbors come and go. I think all cabins should be checked before someone is due to arrive to make sure things work properly..Most people dont care for company when they are trying to get away for a vacation. Staff was very nice though...Does have a pool but weeds were knee high..Didnt bother to check it out..

The pool has been closed for awhile which is why we do not advertise it. Old Mill Lodging does employ a full time Landscaper to maintain our properties and the drives to them.   My husband and I wanted to stay in a cabin while in the area; The cabin was well maintained, just like the pictures showed...Cozy and clean. The hot tub looked clean, but it was way too hot to use it. The cabin is right off the main road in Sevierville, just north of everything. The main attractions in Pigeon Forge are about 10-15mins away. There were adequate amount of sheets/towels and I did do a small load of laundry in the washer that's in the cabin. The only issue is that the surrounding area left something to be desired...the map that was given to us showed a pool, and when it was 93 degrees out, we thought we would take a dip...but the pool was sooo disgusting!!! And there was a little meeting hall/cabin right by the pool that was practically deserted; I think this cabin would be awesome if the pool was maintained and there was a little snack shop by the pool!

  We had a very nice time here at the cabins. It was just the right size for the two of us. The cabin was very clean and roomy. We used the hot tub every night after our adventures in the Great Smokys. The cabins had music in every room also on the deck where the hot tub was located. The cabin aslo had a gas grill on the deck for cooking but we were too exhausted every night to enjoy it (maybe next time). We would highly recommend this area to stay. It is very close to all activities but far enough away to have peace and quiet.

  Great cabin to get away. Had all the amenities. I would have given an excellent rating but there was a huge spider on the bed when I went to turn the bed down the first night. After that, we loved it. Great location, out of way of major traffic.

  Loved the cabin. Excellent place to stay. Plenty of room for 4 people. Very clean and well equipped. Would recommend this cabin to my friends.
