You'll love the views from our deck overlooking the lake in this private, gated community. Just 2 hours from New York City and Philadelphia. There's plenty to see and do both in the community and the surrounding area depending upon the season. Enjoy skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing in the winter. The house is 16 miles from Camelback and 26 miles to Jack Frost/Big Boulder. In the summer enjoy the community beach and pool. Camel beach, H2Ohh & Shawnee water parks are just a short drive away. Horseback riding & outlet shopping is available all year around. Fifteen minutes to the Mt. Airy Casino. close by to Nascar Pocono Raceway, fine dining and supermarkets.

David, Thanks again for renting your home to us over the weekend. We had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful, super clean and very spacious. It was a pleasure working with you and we hope to be in touch with you again in the future. For those that are looking to rent a house for the weekend, look no further! This home is an excellent choice! The house is located on a beautiful lake in a private development and is just a short distance away from camelback. It is also very up to date with a modern look to it, new appliances and is stocked with just about everything you would need for your stay. I'd also like to mention that the owner was very professional. Our family was very pleased with with everything! We highly reccomend this place for a nice vacation to the poconos.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+.

Beautiful house. The view of the lack is breathtaking, especially from the inside of the house! Everything was clean. We had a great time! Definitely recommended it!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

A group of 9 of us rented the house for a long weekend away from the city and it was great! The house is very clean and open. The view from the deck is so relaxing. The comunity was very pleasant and we were close to a lot of the other towns so getting to our activities wasn't hard at all. David, Thank you so much for generiously allowing me and my family to stay at your beautiful house. We enjoyed your house immensly. The deck is amazing, we had such an amazing time hanging out on the deck. The pictures dont do any justice for how beautiful the house is. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a beuatiful bathroom overlooking the lake. There is a large jacuzzi tub with seperate shower. Every room has a beautiful dresser and queen size bed. Everyone was comfortable, slept really well and was able to relax immediatley upon arrival. We look forward to staying here more often in the future and enjoying beautiful sunsets overlooking the lake! This new house was so clean and spacious. It was just what we were looking for to accommodate our group of 10 adults. The bedrooms were like a page out of a catalog, with very nice decor. My favorite memory was when we were sitting out on the back patio with the stars, enjoying some wine and the scenary. We loved our family vacation at this house. We were a group of 10 that stayed for 4 days and this was very spacious. Upon arrival everything was very clean and ready for use. It has a great view of the lake and a nice back porch with table and chairs along with a BBQ to grill. Its winter so we were not able to sit out there for long but we did get some BBQing in on a nicer day. We loved the dining room and how we were all able to sit and have meals as a family. The bathrooms are very nice and the master bathroom is great! The house is in a gated community which made us feel safer. 10 of us rented this house for President’s Day Weekend. It is a true 5 bedroom. Every room has plenty of room, the master bedroom is very big, walk in closet, shower and bathtub with its own flat screen tv. There is another tv in the living room and both have cable. There is also wireless internet access in the house. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, etc. The dining room area was perfect, all 10 of us dined comfortably. There is a washer and dryer. The house is in perfect condition, EXTREMEL CLEAN and has a great view of the lake. Working with the owner was extremely easy, he was very helpful. I highly recommend this house to family and friends. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to return!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

My family I recently rented out this beautiful home for a week. We were a party of 10 people with 3 children. The house accomodated us perfectly. The home has a beautiful kitchen with all the amentities one would need. The house also has two brand new flat screen tvs, equipped with full cable and blue ray disc players, that are great for watching movies or watching football. The 5 rooms were very spacious, especially the master bedroom that had a full walk in closet and full bath. Being that it was winter we did not spend much time outside, but the lake view was great and I could imagine a nice bbq in the summer on the deck. That was exactly what we were looking for: big new house (5 real bedrooms!), right on a lake, big deck, great kitchen. Property feels like "new construction" and I mean it as a compliment. There is plenty of rustic lodges at Poconos - sometimes it's nice to stay at something that looks more like a very nice hotel. Owner was a pleasure to work with.Did you find this review helpful?
