  "Practicing" for Retirement and escaping the winter, hence our visit to Tucson. Enjoyed this location (accessible to restaurants , shopping and Catalina Hiking trails). Great sunsets and wild life sighting from the balcony.

  Susan and Bill, We had such a wonderful visit in your townhome while we celebrated our son's graduation from the U of A. You have a wonderful place and we are looking forward to another visit when we can spend more time biking along the Rillito River and hiking in the Pusch Wilderness!

  The rooms are good sized, and the skylights and vaulted ceilings make them feel even more spacious. The windows and decks that overlook the saguaro-studded ravine make this beautifully decorated southwest home even more authentic! It is well equipped, from the full kitchen to a big flatscreen and DVR, to the comfortable king sized bed and the logs to burn in the fireplace (among other things). Bill and Susan are very interested in making sure you have everything you need and address any issues that come up immediately. The neighborhood is quiet. You'd never know you were so close to such a happening intersection. We never heard the neighbors on either side, and the patios are situated so you don't see your neighbors' patios. We would definitely recommend this rental!

  This is a wonderful, romantic hide away. Close to all the necessary places yet hidden away from the noise. The house with it's southwest decor is very charming. A fun and wonderful experience. The owner's are fantastic people. Our highest recommendation. Curt Chisholm Annette Mason

  My husband and i both loved this townhouse. unlike many instances we have experienced in the past the website was not misleading...in fact the property exceeded our expectations. Since we spent a lot of time on our vacations relaxing and reading it is important us that the finishing are comfortable as well as attractive. This townhouse is beautiful and VERY comfortable. The owners were very helpful in answering our questions and giving us recommendations for restaurants and activities. Tuscon was a perfect winter getaway for us...sun and so many places for wonderful hikes! I would highly recommend this property and we intend to go there again.

  What a lovely townhome! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The decor is lovely as is the view here. Even saw a few hummingbirds! This was a wonderful, comfortable and convenient place for us-all the comforts of a home away from home. Joane & Chris Marblehead, MA

  We've been coming to Tucson for years. This condo has a great central location....right by River Road, which is the easiest way to get from one side of Tucson to the other and close to many restaurants and shopping, yet with a natural area right off the back patio. Working with Bill and Susan to make our reservation couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. They bent over backwards to make sure we'd be happy in your home away from home. This isn't your usual corporate-style furnished rental. Their personal touches show all over. You can't go wrong here! Sara G. Ohio

  This townhome was a wonderful choice for our Tucson visit. I loved the southwestern decor and the peaceful desert view from the deck. The location was great, convenient to both shopping and restaurants.
