Channel Marker 304 is a 3rd floor, oceanfront condo accommodating 4-7 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a beautiful oceanside swimming pool. Features include HVAC, all-electric kitchen, bar stool dining area in kitchen, telephone, cable TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and a private balcony. No pets are allowed. This condo was newly renovated in 2010.
This family-friendly condo located in Surfside Beach overlooks miles of picturesque beaches and the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. The condo is only a short walk from the Surfside Pier and various restaurants. The charming town of Surfside Beach has many attractions to offer, including: The Brookgreen Gardens, a water park, the kid-friendly Ripley’s Aquarium, Fish Hook Charters (great for adults AND children), and of course, all the beach time and fun in the sun you can handle! Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our beautiful oceanfront condominium and let the sound of the ocean lull you to sleep each night.
If Channel Marker 304 isn't available for the dates you'd like to travel, or if you're looking to accommodate a larger group, we also own a condo in the same building! Channel Marker 206 is just a floor below. VRBO number is 310958.

2 bedrooms - 1 King, 1 Captain's Bunk
Living room - 1 Full-sized sofa bed
MASTER SUITE: Spacious and includes a king-sized bed, private bath and a TV.
SECOND BEDROOM: Captain's bunk (full on the bottom, twin up top) sleeps 3 comfortably.
All bedrooms are equipped with pillows, linens, comforters, quilts and/or blankets to accommodate six people.

Living Area:
Our living room has comfortable furniture with a panoramic view of the sand dunes and ocean. There is a TV, a VCR, and a DVD player, as well as a sliding glass door that opens to the ocean view balcony.
Kitchen:
Fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware, dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, and Stove.
Washer/Dryer located inside condo.
This fantastic destination is located just steps away from the wide, sandy beach where you can collect shells, play in the ocean, or catch some rays. It is easy to relax by the pool, watch waves crash on the beach or catch up on your reading. You will feel refreshed and renewed! Please contact us directly for immediate information.

Stayed at Channel Marker 304 for seven weeks over the Christmas and New Years holidays to visit with relatives and play golf on Myrtle Beach's golf courses and absolutely loved it. The unit was comfortable and the views were wonderful. As in other reviews the stairs were a bit much, but only moving in and moving out, it got easier to climb them and as the weeks went by we got some much needed exercise! The unit looks exactly like the pictures on the website, and it is close to shopping and other attractions. Highly recommend renting these properties any time of the year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+.

My family recently spent a week at Channel Marker 304 and loved the condo. The listing description and pictures were very accurate. The furnishing in the condo were wonderful and very comfortable for us. We loved the Surfside Beach location as it allowed us fairly quick access to North Myrtle Beach but gave us a smaller crowd on the actual beach. Would stay here again and would highly recommend for others.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

Lovely condo with all things needed for a nice stay at the beach. The only drawback for me was the stairs were a bit much being on the 3rd floor. Ample bedding and towels, great kitchen and very comfortable beds.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.
