  My husband and I didn't want to do the hotel thing again as we try to get to Philly at least once a year and this time if was for the Annual Flower Show at the National Convention Center, to see Temple University play VCU (TU won), the Harlem Globetrotters at the Peter Liacouras Center, and The Blue Man Group at the Merriam Theater. We had a packed trip planned and didn't want the inconveniences of hotel living this time. We chose Anna's luxury apartment and absolutely loved it. It's warm, cozy, modern, sophisticated, and just in the best location. She truly provides everything you need. After long days of shows, shopping and walking, it was soooooo nice to return to her jacuzzi tub (the best I have ever been in due to nice size, power of her jets, and overall shape) with a glass of wine and just relax. My husband and I both enjoyed cooking in the kitchen that had everything needed. Anna did an excellent job renovating this place to perfection. It's just so unique and so well done. Everything from the bed to the couches were ultra comfy, clean, and convenient. Anna has good taste so her furnishings and decor is hip, upscale and interesting. My husband loved the apartment and was surprised I found such a gem to rent. Cindy also greeted us on day one and showed us the ropes, and what a splendid, upbeat young woman she is. The free garage parking close by arranged by Anna was also a wonderful blessing so my husband never had to worry about the car or tickets. We ate at Supper and Stella's and both were great and in walking distance..we also ate at the middle Eastern small restaurant down the street which was also delicious. All in all, we loved our trip and LOVED this apartment immensely. We'll be back! Thank you so much ladies!

  My wife and I stayed for a 10 day visit in this lovely apartment. The pictures just do not do the place justice. It was very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and a full washer and dryer are just off the upstairs bedroom. We were within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, arts and all the historic sites. The Old City and Society Hill neighborhoods are close by as well. But Queen's Village has a charm all its own and the lively South Street scene and Jim's Steaks are 1/2 block away. The apartment itself was clean and well kept. We were met by Rachel, the owner's associate, who led us on a tour of the place. We had one very minor issue with the wifi which was quickly dealt with by the owner and Rachel after I called. We would definitely return when coming to Philly

  My husband and I really enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment. It was clean (the most important element for me) and nicely furnished. The owners have made every effort to think of anything a guest might need. Anna was a dream to work with...very responsive to our minor needs and quick to respond to our questions. The apartment would not be a good choice for anyone with mobility issues nor those with young children as there are three flights of steep stairs to reach each level. If we have the occasion to be in Philadelphia again I would definitely consider staying here!

  My sister and I spent a week here & absolutely loved it! A most unique apartment in an equally unique part of the city. The neighbourhood was vibrant & friendly. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and has spoiled us for ever having to stay in a hotel again. We would recommend both this apartment and the city for anyone looking for a vacation that you won't soon forget!! Sorry we didn't get to meet Anna but Cindy was a delight! Thanks for making our 'sister get-away' so much fun! Kathleen & Joanie

  We stayed there for 4 days and LOVED it. It is very centrally located to everything. Most everything you need is close. The accomodations were wonderful, and it is so much better than a hotel. A lot of nice touches make it like home.We plan on returning in the spring to finish our tour of the area. Thanks for having such a great place to vacation in! I have already recommended it to several friends.

  We stayed here just last week from Wed - Sun (Jul 20 - 24) and are so happy to have found the listing! It was fantastic. It was a great alternative to a hotel, allowing us to cook our breakfasts (and any other meals) there, cutting down on our vacation expenses. We found the home very comfortable -- spoiling, really, with the large bedroom, jacuzzi tub, and beautiful decor. It's located in a cool part of the city and close to everything. Anna was great to work with and help set up our arrangements. We met one of her assistants when we arrived in the city and she was so helpful and friendly and made herself available if we had any questions or issues. I would recommend this place to friends and family visiting Philly. Since there's a pullout couch, this home can accommodate a family, and people shouldn't be dissuaded by it's location (being above a tattoo parlor). Everyone we met in the neighborhood was really friendly. I felt as safe here as I do in my own town (Boston). While we were there, we got our grorceries at the Whole Foods (8 ish blocks away, I think), had dinner at Zahav and Amada -- both of which we walked to, and saw a movie at the Ritz 5 (also in walking distance). I even got to use the Philadelphia Sports Club (PSC) gym just a few blocks away, since I'm a member at location in my own city. Really, this was such a great fit for us and I know it would as nicely for others, too!

  This is a great apartment in an amazing location! Anna was a wonderful host and resource - she was extremely helpful and friendly and recommended some stellar restaurants in the area. The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the amenities are all top-notch. The neighborhood is lively and fun, but it was still peaceful inside. I'd highly recommend this for families, couples, or a small group - we had a great experience from my first contact with Anna until we left, and will definitely be back!

  I have to agree with the last review from Jen...the condo was beautiful and the location was awesome! The area is surrounded by great shops, and restaurants, and there's no need for transportation as everything is within walking distance. Also, if you're looking for a little peace and quiet during your stay, not to worry; though the condo is situated in a busy area, the inside of it was very quiet. I give credit to the windows because they sure are noise proof! You can also take a short walk to the water front at Penns Landing if you're looking for some quiet time by the water. I can honestly say that my trip would not have been as enjoyable had I stayed somewhere else, I'm definitely coming again and I highly recommend it. Lastly, Anna and Cindy were great hostess!

  We just left this great property this morning and we're already missing it and South Street! This is truly the best vrbo property we've stayed in. First of all, it beautiful - from it's exposed brick walls to it's unique and tasteful decor. And you couldn't ask for a better location near tons of shopping and the best food! Plus it's walking distance to the historic district. It's kid-friendly and has a pull out couch and a pull-out ottoman - definitely enough space for everyone to hang out comfortably. My family and I highly recommend staying here for your visit to Philly!

  I am from California and spent about a week at this apartment and loved it. Anna and Cindy were so helpful and accomodating. They went all out at making us feel at home and giving us advise on the local food, etc. The place was everything advertised and more. Its walking distance from lots of good food and bars and sights. I can not give a higher recommendation. We will be back! Thanks.

Changes to a Booking~~ ~~~An additional $100.00 administrative Fee will be charged by the owner for any changes to the booking after a confirmation has been issued. Acceptance of any changes is subject to the approval of the owner. Cancellations and Refunds ~~ ~~~ For cancellations of a booking up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The owner will refund all deposits received less a $100.00 administrative charge. Cancellations of a booking within 60 days of scheduled arrival date may result in forfeiture of total deposit(s).
