In a spectacular location close to all attractions, commerce, restaurants, freeways and public transportation we offer a sunny, quiet, completely detached, independent, and comfortable 700 sq ft (~70m2) house/cottage in front of a landscaped garden. The Cottage is Victorian style with modern upgrades, and has been fully renovated in 2008. The Cottage sleeps 4 comfortably. The Cottage is a legal fully detached unit, located away from the street in the back of a Victorian property, is accessible interdependently through a driveway and secluded behind the private garden. Parking is very easy off the street as Noe Valley does not have permit parking and there is a school across the street which leaves plenty of street parking within a block distance. The convenient driveway can be used to load/unload.
It features high ceilings, large skylights, excellent light throughout and a direct garden view and access. You enter from the street through a flat driveway directly into the garden. Inside you come in a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, office table, and sofa..On the left is an independent bedroom with a queen bed, and a very large closet. On the right is a living room/sleeping area (can be separated by curtains) with a sofa bed, TV and phone. A small barbecue as well as table, chairs, and long chair is available outside on a brick deck to enjoy the garden. The unit also features a full bath and a separate in house washer/dryer. TV with Digital Cable and DVD player, internet radio, Wi-Fi, and local phone is also available. Parking is very easy on the street as one side of the block has a middle school. The driveway can be used to store bikes.
