  Can't say enough about this property. Neat, clean, quiet residential location; everything we needed to make for an enjoyable week for my family. Highly recommend this property for any family with small children. Plenty of room for relaxing on the front porch or backyard patio. Great area for walking, jogging, or bike riding in the neighborhood or watching spectacular sunrises/sunsets. You won't be disappointed.

  My family( husband, myself and our 3 children) and my parents rented this very clean, updated and extremely spacious home for a week. It is a lovely home and we had a wonderful week at the beach!!! Thank you!!!!

  For three very enjoyable years my family has been renting this pristine, air conditioned, well- located house in Seaside Park. Not only are the owners friendly and helpful, but they go out of their way to make sure we have everything we need for a fabulous vacation. The neighborhood is mostly residential so it is quiet. The house has plenty of room for us. The kitchen is updated and well equipped. The ocean colors tastefully reflect the serenity of the location; 3 short blocks from the ocean, 1 block from Island Beach State Park and a stone’s throw from Barnegat Bay. The excellent restaurants in the area save us the hassle of driving on Route 35 in the summertime crowds. Also there is a new grill in the back yard, as well as seating, a fire pit and an outdoor shower, everyone’s favorite. When the youngsters are with us we head to Seaside Heights, a short ride away. We also enjoy deep sea fishing from Point Pleasant. I highly recommend renting “our” shore house, which suits us to a “T”.

  This beautiful beach rental home met and exceeded our expectations. The owners have done a beautiful job with their home, especially the kitchen, and the entire space was very clean, spacious and just what we were looking for. Our rental was for two couples, and the way the house is set-up, each couple had their own wing of the house (bedrooms, bathrooms and living area) which provided everyone with their own privacy. The house is literally steps from the bay, and just a short walk to the beach. The private backyard provided us with storage area for our bikes and beach gear. The owners were very reponsive to any questions we had througout the week of our stay. I would highly recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a beach rental!

  This home has everything you need. Just pack your bags. The owners Lee Ann & Alan take pride in their home and are eager to please. The Bay views lend a gorgeous sunset from the porch inside and out. The beaches are unbelievable clean and tranquil. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay because of the hospitality of the owners and the beauty of the inside of the home. Very convenient to everything. Pack your bikes, you will love the tranquil strolls along the bay. The home is situated in a way that you can enjoy your company without being on top of each other. We love it here. SSP is one of the best kept secrets on the island.

  I HAVE BEEN RENTING THIS HOUSE FOR MORE THAN FOUR YEARS.THE HOUSE IS SPACIOUS, WELL KEPT , IMMACULATE AND WELL MAINTAINED.GREAT YARD WITH A DIVINE OUTDOOR SHOWER .LOUNGE CHAIRS AND A FIRE PIT.THIS HAS ALL THE AMENITIES ONE WOULD NEED TO ENJOY A VACATION AT THIS ADDRESS.ITS PROXIMITY TO THE BAY IS LESS THAN A HALF A BLOCK AND THERE ARE GORGEOUS SUNSETS , BOATS AND SPARKLING WATERS.THE BEACH AND THE SWIMMING IS THE BEST IN NEW JERSEY. WATER ALWAYS CRYSTAL CLEAR. THE LANDLORDS ARE GRACIOUS AND THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY. THE ATMOSPHERE IS ALWAYS FUN.,THAT IS WHY I ALWAYS RETURN YEAR AFTER YEAR.

  Ten of us rented this house for labor day weekend. We were so excited upon entering the house. Not only is it beautiful, but spacious. We were not on top of each other when getting ready to go out. We loved the park & beautiful area it was located in. We had full use of the back yard with table, chairs, firepit,& BBQ. So I am not sure what problem the other renter had cause you don't even know there are people above you. You get everything they state in the ad. I had guests that had never been to the NJ shore so they wanted to go to the seaside boardwalk. It was a short drive (aprox 3 miles), but i loved that we were not right in the middle of the of the craziness. We loved it, enjoyed it, & will be using this rental again!

  Highly recommend this rental. Beautiful 3 bedroom home with lots of living space, very clean. New kitchen, plenty of parking spaces, yard for bar-be-que and eating used exclusively for tenants, walk to bay and beach, owners very accommodating, friendly and caring. Look forward to next years rental!!!!

  The VRBO listing for this property includes a photograph of an attractive 2 story house. It is described as a “Large 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home, sleeps 10-12 comfortably”. Unfortunately there is no explanation that this home is actually divided into 2 separate living units. The owner’s rental contract states that the landlord, “leases to the tenant the premises at XXX XXXX Avenue”, but it also has no explanation that the “premises” consist of 2 individual units, nor what part of the house you are renting. From reading the information provided in the listing, and also in the contract, my wife and I expected to be renting the entire house… the one portrayed in that photograph. Despite a series of eMail exchanges with the owner, over many months, I was only inadvertently made aware that it was a 2 unit dwelling the week before our family vacation was to begin. At that time, the owner explained that she resides in the upstairs unit throughout the summer season, and typically rents only the downstairs unit. So you need to be aware that your rental will only be half of the attractive 2 story house seen in the listing photo. And you’ll be sharing the driveway and backyard. It was my experience that the owner can be accommodating, but it is in your very best interest to thoroughly review and clarify anything at all that you may discuss with her.

  Owner response: I totally regret the lack of communication between tenant and I. We have been renting our home for over 15 years. We have never had a problem except for once when we rented to a prom group which we will never repeat again. Tenant is mistaken about the yard and driveway. The driveway on the right and front of the home is reserved exclusively for our tenants. The upstairs remains a place for my husband and I to manage our rentals on the weekends. By no means do we share a yard. The yard is for the tenants and we go out of our way to please. Our greatest joy is the enjoyment of our tenants. We put our heart, soul and pride into keeping our home a place people look forward to coming back to year after year. Once again sorry for the misunderstanding.
