This spectacular 1800+ square foot town home is located on the fabulous North Shore of Lake Tahoe at lake elevation. Within minutes of the major ski areas, two of the most beautiful beaches on the Lake, and the newly remodeled Hyatt Lodge. Ski areas, including Northstar, Mt. Rose, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, Sugar Bowl and many others are within a short 20-30 minute drive.

The home is fully furnished and upgraded with granite kitchen and new appliances, a rock fireplace, a patio area for barbeques, upgraded bathrooms, and a garage. Bedding includes 1 large king bed, 1 queen bed in country cabin decor w/ walk-in closet and master bathroom, 2 twins in the "kids" room and a fold-out double sleeper in the LR. Each room has it's own TV and beautiful windows to view the scenic Tahoe setting. The garage and the patio for BBQ are extras. This is a secure and gated community. The living room entertainment center includes a large flat-screen TV and a DVD/VCR.
In the desirable Incline Village planned community, your family and friends can enjoy all of the best amenities of the greater Lake Tahoe area, including 15 major ski resorts and 40 golf courses, not to mention the most beautiful lake in the United States.
The community includes two private beaches (one with a pool and one with a boat ramp), a 37,000 square foot recreation center open year round, indoor pool and sauna, lighted tennis courts and family picnic areas. Guests are allowed access to IV beaches and the Recreation Center at non-resident rates.
The Third Creek Townhomes also include a pool, hot-tub and tennis courts for use in the summer months. The hot-tub is also open during the winter months.
Tahoe is a year-round recreation wonderland offering the best on the California/Nevada border, just a 29 mile drive to the Reno-Tahoe International Airport and a leisurely three and a half hour drive to the San Francisco Bay Area. Wow, we had soooo much fun at your place in Lake Tahoe. The condo was set up perfectly. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with the best cookware, and the pool and jacuzzi were delightful.

We stayed with our family here for a New Year's week and couldn't ask for finer accommodations. The home is spacious and very well appointed. The townhome included a hot tub that we put to full use after many great days on the local slopes. The location couldn't be better, just minutes to all the North shore Tahoe slopes, a few minutes to the lake and the Hyatt and just over the hill from Reno. We can't wait to get back. The kitchen was fully stocked w/ dishes, silverware and cooking utensils for a few nights of dinner at home. The home was spotless and included internet access, a large flat screen tv and individual tvs in each bedroom. Home away from Home! We're coming back again this year!

We just returned from a trip to the West Coast and spent five nights in this townhome. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The townhome is clean, tasteful, and comfortable. The owners are wonderful about providing simple kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room supplies, and coffee for your first morning there. There is a large Weber grill on the back patio perfect for grilling and eating outside. It is in a great area...close to the supermarket and so many restaurants and easy to get to other parts of Tahoe. You will not be disappointed!

This condo was perfect. It is big, clean and nicely furnished. The bedrooms are big, good kitchen and large lounge/dining area. You can walk to shops, restaurants and bars. The ski mountain and lake are a very short drive away. This is a condo you could easily live in. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. The property has almost eveything you could ask for - a well-stocked kitchen, spacious rooms, close to Raleys, golf and the beach. It was clean and well maintained. The complex pool was a little bit of a hassle to get to - you need to exit the property and walk on the roadside for a bit, which with kids is not ideal. But the walk was short enough that it would take longer to pack everyone in the car and drive there. We managed and everyone had a great time.

What a wonderful vacation for our family in Tahoe! The townhouse was even nicer than the photos. Third Creek was a wonderful development in a great location. The home was meticulously kept with everything you needed, extremely clean and very comfortable. As this was our first experience renting through the internet, we were nervous, but it worked out better than I thought it could have. John and Karen were so efficient and easy to deal with. We can't wait to go back and visit their lovely home and the spectacular Lake Tahoe area!!

We just returned home from a relaxing stay at your town home! It was beyond our expectations! The minute we stepped in we felt comfortable. Very Spacious, well equipped, clean, and centrally located. We enjoyed having this clean, well-equipped toiwnhouse to call "home" during our stay in Incline Village. It was spacious and everything worked.
