  not suited for small children. walls are thin, residents complain about noise

  Owner response: I am sorry you had a bad neighbor renter for your stay. This is the first we heard of this issue and contacted our office manager who stated she personally went up to speak with the neighbors to resolve the issue. I also appreciate you for bringing this to our attention as we want nothing more than every renter to have a positive experience when they choose to stay with us. Thank you for staying with us!

  Our stay at the Achorage was very enjoyable. The condo we stayed in was roomy with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. They provided all the beach equipment we needed. The pool was kept at 85 degrees which was wonderful. It is walking distrance to a small grocery store and several restaurants. A short drive down the street will take you to a great public beach and also the Siesta Key village which offers many retaurants and small gift shops. The down side is that if you stay on the side of the building next to the bridge it's very noisey with traffic all night. There is a private beach access but you have to cross a busy street to get to the access. The beach is wonderful-probably the best beach I've been on. There is lot's of fun stuff to do in the area and I would suggest the Big Cat Habitat which is maybe a 15 minute drive away. Beautiful lions, tigers and other animals and a good family venue. I would definitely return.

  My wife and I had a very outstanding stay at this condo unit from March 10-17th, 2012 The unit was very spacious as other people have verified and had all the essential items to survive Siesta Key. The location of the complex is very nice because you never have to fight traffic since your the first right turn off the bridge. In addition, the very large sized pool area is very well kept and provides plenty of space and many chairs to enjoy it. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to enjoy Siesta Key.   My husband and I just returned from a great week at this spacious, and clean condo. It was well maintained, convenient to grocery, boutiques, some restaurants and to get on and off the key. The owner was very nice when I had questions, and Donna in the rental office was very helpful too. I especially loved the large pool. This pool seems to be approx. 25 meters. The workout room is nice and overlooks the pool. There's a bike shop about a block away to rent bikes, and the beach is a five minute walk. So, if you want to get fit while on vacation, this is the perfect place to do it! The location is great for getting on and off the key, as it is adjacent to the drawbridge. If you are a light sleeper, you might notice the traffic though. We didn't mind it at all. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone.

  I don't know how I only gave one star to attach to my review below (See Athlete's review). I meant to give it 4 stars! We are just contacting the owner to go back again this winter (evidence that it was better than one star!)

  Beautiful condo and close to everything. We had a great time relaxing at the pool and walking the beach. The condo had everything to offer and the owners were great to work with as they made sure all of our needs were met. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views was amazing.

  the condo was not cleaned well I had to go throught it and clean everything found dust balls and stuff under the couch and beds furnace filter was filthy causing allergies to be bad. the staff was great and very helpfull we do have pictures of the place is you would want them to see why we were upset. called the owners and still have not heard from them. 12/03/11 the busy street next to us was a big supprise and very loud could here the bars from this condo also. only two beach chairs were not broken. the sony playstation was ancient.

  Owner response: I am sorry your stay started off on a bad note, but this is the first I have heard of the issue and contacted our management company for further explanation. They explained to me that they addressed your concerns immediately and that is what I expect with an on-site management company and there were no further issues. I appreciate the fact that you brought to our attention that some beach chairs that we have available for renters to use are broken, as I will have that addressed immediately. Thank you.

  We could not be happier that we chose to stay here. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. All we needed was our beach towels as the owner's make sure everything is covered. We were able to walk to mostly everything within minutes. The Beach is absolutely amazing, cool white sand on the hottest of days! We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great family vacation!

  Condo is gorgeous and extremley large and beautifully decorated!! The owners made sure we had everything available to us to make our stay wonderful. We have already booked next years stay for two weeks! Everything is within walking distance and the beach is just amazing.

  We could not have chosen a better place to stay. Location, location, location. Your beautifully decorated condo had everything we needed and the photos don't really show how big the unit is. Thank you for a great week!
