Lovely two bedroom two bath condo in great location, with easy freeway access for a quick drive to downtown San Diego and all beach communities. Convenient to San Diego Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and the Temecula wine country. Stay in San Diego and save money by staying away from the beach in a much quieter environment.

This condo is our second home and has everything you need to have your own "home away from home." Comes complete with new appliances, all dishes and silverware, cooking utensils, cleaning and comfort supplies, and linens. You just bring your clothes! One bedroom is a master bedroom (queen bed) and the other is a bedroom (queen bed) with separate bath accessible to all. There is also a futon couch in the living room that unfolds into a queen-size bed. Complex has a nice pool, hot tub, exercise room with equipment, and sauna.

This condo is not a commercial enterprise, it is a home filled with love and goodwill, so you have to live with our artwork and photos. We even provide free high speed internet access! We are a family-friendly environment, and have a bassinet, stroller, and portable play yard on site.

Personal Currency Assistant™

Due to HOA restrictions, I am restricted from short term rentals.  However, for
parties that wish to rent for two weeks or longer I am happy to accomodate.
Your lease will reflect a rental period of a month in order to make the HOA happy.
We require a 1/3 deposit to reserve your time and full payment at least two weeks
in advance.  Rate is $2700/month, prorated.  Two-week minimum.
Rental Agreement (contract) required.
This rate is inclusive of all taxes and fees.
