Year Purchased: 1990
About the owner: I was raised in Georgia and moved to the Charleston area following college. I have been a construction supervisor most of my life and have substantially improved this property that I purchased after Hurricane Hugo in 1989. My main loves are music and the arts. Sailing is a passion of mine and do it every chance I get. The Folly Beach area is a wonderful place to be and I cannot imagine being away from the Edge of America for long.
