Property Features: Décor’ is West Indies eclectic. 9-foot ceilings, ceramic tile and carpet, crown moldings, 6-panel doors, ceiling fans, Corian double vanity in master bath, Corian kitchen countertop, dishwasher, full-sized washer/dryer in laundry room, breakfast bar with barstools, king-sized bed in master and guest suites and bunk area with 2-twin beds (with a Gulf view!) . There is a queen-sized inflatable air bed available if additional sleeping is required. The condo sleeps a total of 8. The kitchen is generously equipped and there are quality linens provided. The 40 x 10 ft. balcony has dining table w/4-chairs, 2 chaise loungers and 2 Adirondack chairs.
There is a game room with arcade and an exercise facility with TV’s and a view overlooking the pools to the Gulf. The Gulf-side parking building has reserved parking and open parking; both on ground level and in the building.
Two large swimming pools, kiddy pool and 2 hot tubs are available. One of the large pools is heated when weather is cooler. For your light lunch, snacks and beverages, a tiki bar is at poolside.
For the Beach: 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Beach concessions are available on the beach in front of the resort; parasailing, jet skis, etc.

Dining: Hammer Head Fred’s, Mushroom Pizza, Guadalajara’s Mexican, Wendy’s, Subway, etc.
Entertainment: Go-cart track, miniature golf, arcade, rides for the small kids and a wine shop for the adults

We have stayed at Gulf Crest before but this was by far the best condo. When we walked in, we were amazed at how beautifully decorated it was and how clean the floors, furniture etc. were. We felt totally at home here and even had a newspaper delivered at our door ever morning by the owners. The condo had everything you needed and more. We will defintely be back again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+.

We stayed Jan. 2011 to almost mid March. Very nice unit, clean, the entire building was clean and well kept. This unit was nicely decrorated and a very vell equipped kitchen, We would surely rent this unit again. You could not ask for a better location.

This condo is absolutely lovely! The condo is gorgeous and the view is breathtaking. The porch stretches across the entire condo width with windows that allow a great view from inside. The decor is pretty with comfortable furniture, the kitchen is well stocked and both bedrooms have comfortable king size beds. The master bedroom has drapes to close out the light so you can sleep late, however leave a little opening to enjoy the lapping ocean sounds. There are two pools and a work out room, which I didn't use because I was sitting on the beautiful white sand beach. I can't say enough about how nice this condo is. My highest compliment is that we plan to go back again!
