  All the amenities listed and all the pictures do this amazing condo justice. Jasen was great to work with and was very prompt in returning all my emails and phone calls. Jasen was very thorough in answering all of my questions and bringing to my attention anything I had overlooked. Jasen has great customer service. The condo is breathtaking. The open lobby and pool are awesome and a impressive site to walk into. The pool is a great place to unwind and relax, or you could take advantage of the on site spa. I really enjoyed having the open lobby as my backdrop while I would FaceTime my fiance. Having free WiFi available at the Crown Plaza was great too. All the staff were super friendly and they had great recommendations for restaurants and sites to see. The great thing about the Crown Plaza is that it's beautiful, quiet, yet so close to everything. If you want to relax, The Crown Plaza is perfect. If you want to take an inexpensive cab ride to the Golden Zone or Old Town Mazatlan, it's 5-10 minutes away to experience all the fun and vibrant nightlife, beautiful architecture, wonderful culture, AMAZING FOOD, great beaches, shopping, and everything else special that Mazatlan has to offer. If you want to walk and explore the beautiful beaches right outside of the hotel, it's literally right at your fingertips. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and everyone, from young to old, single, couples, groups of friends, family, everyone will love Mazatlan and will especially enjoy working with Jasen and staying at his incredible condo. I've been to Mazatlan a couple times before and I'm planning on going many times again. I will always contact Jasen and stay at his Crown Plaza condo in the future. Thanks a bunch Jasen!

  This is what our twin daughters said when we entered the door. Thank you Jason - the place was all you said it would be and the staff at the hotel was great. We hardly left the pool that you describe as enormous, and it certainly is; but the beach was beautiful, clean, and not anywhere as busy as what we had encountered in years past closer to the golden zone.   We just returned from a week and it was the best! The location was supreme with a great view of the islands and not crowded beaches, and the pool at the hotel and food and bar service there gave us little reason to leave much. There were two nice families vacationing from Mexico City and our kids had a great time with their kids - and even picked up a little Spanish. We will definately be back - thanks Jason!   We stayed with our 20 year old son, his girlfriend, and our parents (6 of us) and we rented all 3 bedrooms. The condo was clean on our arrival and there were supplies for us to use to keep it that way. The condo was convenient to the bus line as we walked outside and hailed the bus to take us either to Old Town, shopping or in the opposite direction to the water park (Mazagua). Bell hops were very helpful in giving us coupons when we left for dinner (they asked where were we going, we told them, and they would look for a free beer coupon or some sort of discount coupon for us). We normally took the bus out and a pulmonia or red truck back at night (depending on how many there were of us). We had no problems in getting around without a car. We loved staying away from the Golden Zone as the beaches were not crowded at all and heading towards the water park, we found places to stop and grab a bite to eat or drink that were very reasonable. We did not eat at the hotel. At the hotel, the pool was never crowded and we didn't have any issues in getting a chaise lounge, no matter what time we went downstairs. The bar staff was very attentive, should you be so inclined to order something while poolside. Plenty of beach towels, too. Only one time in our week did we have to wait for the towels. Jasen, the owner, called us to make sure all was well with our stay and we kept in contact via email as the condo had wi-fi - good enough that the kids were watching tv shows on their computer. The view from the balcony is GORGEOUS, we watched the sun set many nights. Out in town, we felt safe, never had any problems, and people were friendly. There is a convenience store across from the hotel where you can get ice, beer, soda, etc., just like a 7-11 but not as pricey. We bought our groceries at Mega and cooked breakfast every morning in the condo. We ate at 7 different restaurants for dinner, all delicious, and tried Mango Margaritas at 7 different places. The best Mango Margaritas were at 3 Amigos (used to be the Purple Onion). We had them during the daytime and at night when we went back for Karaoke. We went to Heathers, Juanita's, La Casa Country (great shrimp), La Costa Marinera (not as good as it used to be), Panamas (awesome!) Chili Peppers (good margaritas), Las Zarapes, Villa Italia, and more. All in all, we had a great time, would definitely rent Jasen's place again and look forward to another visit. Thanks Jasen!

  This fit our needs perfect. I love the pool and the walks north on the beach to Playa Bruja. The staff was very nice and the food downstairs is very good. Pool heated too.

  February is a great time to be in Mazatlan. We enjoyed the condo which is no a very nice beach. Our grandchildren liked the horse back riding and the swimming pool. Bob and I loved the patio with the view. I wish I could hear the waves all the time like I did in your condo. Thank you Jasen, Kim and Bob
