PLEASE note that our condo can only accommodate 4 guests - the only exception being if the 5th guest is an infant in a crib.
One bedroom, one and a half bath, Gulf-front, Sundestin 12th floor condominium (unit # 1217) completely renovated and renewed by Abbott/ResortQuest as "Gold" status for 2009. One thing we didn't change is the view! Incredible southwestern Gulf views of sunsets and all the activity on Destin's pristine blue waters. King bed in bedroom; full sofabed and chaise longue in living room. Stone tile floors installed late 2006.

My family loved staying in this condo! It was better than described. The entire staff was very nice and we loved the location and the view was great. We even got to see a fireworks show one night over the city! And it was great drinking my morning coffee and looking at the gulf. We cant wait to stay there again.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, people with disabilities, romantic getaway.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and really enjoyed ourselves! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay- everything was great! We had everything that we could've needed there for us and the location is perfect. The bar and grille also had wonderful food and service at a great price. The only complaint that we had was that it was too hard to adjust the water temperature in the shower- the handle didn't move very well, other than that- it was great! We will definitely be returning! Thank you for a great place to stay!!

We just returned from a long weekend in this unit. It was great! The unit is well equipped with any thing you need. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would reccomend to anyone and we would definitely stay again and agian.

The room had a excellent view. The pull out bed is HORRIBLE. Very hard to sleep on, caves in the middle as well. If one person slept on it, it could have been acceptable but 2 people on the bed is not ideal. Other than the bed the room was great. Perfect location too.

My husband and I just got back from 2 nights at your condo and had a great time. The furnishings were very comfortable and I love the view at night from the bedroom and patio because you can see all the lights and the water as well. It is like being in New York. The 4 elevators are very fast and the front desk is open 24 hours which is great if you are coming in late. I had read a review on this condo and from my experience it was totally inaccurate. We had 2 towels in the shape of swans upon the king size bed and was a nice suprise. I did not do any cooking while there but I did notice that there was everything one would need to fix meals, even a blender. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your condo. We will certainly be back again when we can slip off without the family.

i would not recommend this unit to anyone sofa sleeper falling apart kid bed wore slapt out bumpy and lumpy i had to work on the flushing unit of the toilets the whole time i was there they only give you 1 towel and wash cloth per person and you have two keep washing them while you are there and there is no washer and dryer in this unit or they will supply you with the same amount per day for a charge of 7.00 per day the ocen view from this unit huh 2 roofs and a giant wall
Owner response:This is not true! This particular renter caused issues from the time he walked in. He had a great deal and a highly discounted rate. As soon as he arrived at the resort, he told the front desk that he had already paid the owner in full. The owner does not take payments and all payments are made directly to the resort. So the resort manager called me to see if he had already paid and I said no. Then he started complaining about everything in the resort. The manager tried his best to please him and fix the problems. He is just a trouble maker. Every other renter before and after him have been extremely satisfied.

Our stay was so perfect. The room is decorated beautiful and felt just like home. The view of the beach and city was beautiful day and night. I will definitely stay here again.
