  My family and I have stayed in Rosemary 5 times and this amazing home was our top experience. The house is charming and comfortable, but what really puts this property over the top is the owner Ronna. Ronna repeatedly went above and beyond the call to make sure our stay was amazing. There are alot of great places in Rosemary, but what often makes or breaks an experience is the interaction between the guests and the owners of the homes. Anyone who wants to stay in Rosemary should stay here or at another of Ronna's properties. We just booked a return trip in May!

  The 'treehouse" was everything it promised to be! Loved the fourth floor and observation deck for watching the community of Rosemary Beach wake up in the morning, and close out the day. Plenty of fluffy towels, beautifully furnished, well appointed, comfortable beds, clean. Rental agent easy to contact. Amazing town, beautiful beach, awesome location close to one end of 30A, bike rental a must. Can't miss the restaurant "Tapas and Chocolate" in Rosemary Beach, and drive a little to the Hurricane Oyster Bar for a tasty po' boy.

  My wife and I, along with our 8 year old daughter, stayed in this wonder place over the MLK weedend. The 30aSongwriters Fest. was also going on. The weather was beautiful! The Enchanted Rosemary Treehouse is the perfect name for this place. Very comfortable and relaxing. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. We will return!

  We loved our stay! The only two things that we didn't like was the fact that there was no washer and dryer,and we had to park on the street. But that didn't keep us from enjoying our stay at this very neat carriage house. I feel that anyone who stays here will be satisfied. We can't wait to go back!

  The Treehouse is our new favorite place to stay in Rosemary Beach! This place is perfect for a couple wanting a very private weekend get-a-way. We will bring the kids next time though as one floor is a bunk room with 4 bunks and a sitting area. The view from the top is as good as it gets here....the highest point in the area. Everything from restaurants to the beach was only a few minutes walk and even shorter on bikes. We will be back....probably more than once. This place is just as advertised and even better when you see it for yourself. The only issue we had was having to leave.

  This is our third trip to Rosemary Beach, and certainly the best stay ever! Our previous rentals were on the south side of 30A, but this location was so convenient! Everything was just as described and pictured in the listing. The property is really clean. It's right next to the Cabana pool, close to the downtown area, and right down the street to the beach. The kids loved having their own space upstairs (and we loved not having them underfoot all the time!). After a day at the beach, the kids would go to Cabana, or stop at the Barbados pool on the way home. Ronna was a wonderful hostess and very helpful with any information we needed. We are definitely coming back here next time, and have recommended it to our friends. Thank you again, Ronna, for letting us share your beautiful house!

Even though we are on the North side instead of the South, beach side, our walk to the beach is closer than some of the locations on the South side and the fact we are right next to 2 out of the 4 neighborhood pools makes it really easy.   We had a wonderful time staying in the treehouse for our Spring Break. The house was great, and Ronna is a very gracious host/owner. We loved cooking on the kamado grill also. Thanks again for everything!

  We booked the Tower Carriage House for a romantic birthday celebration the first weekend in October. We had a fabulous time exploring all three floors of the Carriage House, particularly enjoying cocktails on the deck of the Crow's Nest every night under a blanket of stars. What glorious views of Rosemary Beach and the heavens. You have everything you need here: a grill for cooking out in the courtyard with a bubbling fountain, a small kitchen with full size refrigerator that even has condiments, a sink and small refrigerator with ice on the top floor so you don't have to haul drinks and snacks up and down the spiral staircase. It was like being in an adult treehouse and just so much fun! We especially enjoyed Paradis Restaurant in Rosemary Beach, with their half price dinner special from 5 to 5:45 pm, as well as strolling down main street which has several restaurants and shops. Ronna was absolutely a joy to workin planning our get away weekend . Having the owner on site is a comfort, even if you don't need anything, which we didn't--it was all there. The first weekend in October is a perfect time for a romantic getaway. Rosemary Beach and the surrounding towns are so peaceful and relaxing, and the shops and restaurants are not crowded. We would highly recommend the "treehouse" for any couple wanting to get a way for a fun and relaxing weekend! Thanks for your hospitality Ronna! Leo and Paddy

  I rented this carriage house with my girlfriends for a long weekend and it could not have been a better weekend! The owner is so sweet and was available if we needed anything from her. The house was clean, so cute and very convenient to everything we needed. Just as described by the owner. They had chairs and umbrellas available and the patio is gated. Perfect for relaxing or for bike storage. We will definitely stay here again!!
