THIS BEAUTIFUL LAKEFRONT HOME FEATURES:

CALM WATER: Truly one of the few locations on the lake where you won't have to fight rough water created by big boat. The home is located by water in Mill Creek Cove, at the 4 1/2 mile marker on the Gravois aim. This is a very large cove where you won't need a large boat to feel safe doing all your water activities, fishing, boating, or swimming. You'll find this large cove the best and most calm on the lake, an area you will love and want to come back to!!

FLAT LOT: Not located on the side of a hill where you must walk down fifty steps to the water.

EASY WATER ACCESS, Children can play in the grassy yard or get safely into the water from the gentle shore line.

LARGE PRIVATE DOCK, walk to the dock without going down steps. Tie up your boat in a 25 x 10 foot covered slip. Enjoy the sun on a 20 foot by 50 foot swim deck, then cool off with a fresh water shower on the dock.

OUTSIDE PATIO: Take a break from the sun, perfect for evening entertaining in the shade. Enjoy a large patio complete with bar patio table and six chairs, a propane Weber BBQ grill.   • We had a wonderful stay in June 2008. There were 12 of us and we enjoyed great times eating, playing, swimming, fishing and boating. The boxer dog next door became part of our family. The neighbors were great and the grandkids played with their kids. Be sure to bring yard toys for the kids because the lawn is beautiful. There are plenty of cooking tools in the kitchen, we were pleasantly surprised. You will have a great time in a beautiful home. It makes you want to move right in and stay forever!!

The home is beautiful, clean and fresh, and includes everything that may be needed. The lake amenities are terrific including having a spot to tie up our rented ski boat. If we ever take another lake vacation it will be here!

  • My family just finished a weeks stay at this beautiful home. We have been going down to the Lake of the Ozarks for years, and have stayed at some very nice resorts. I must say that this year was the most enjoyable time we have ever had at the lake. The house was equipped with everything we needed. I really felt relaxed and comfortable... almost like being in my own home, only better! The view of the lake is breathtaking, and the lovely walkway to the lake is completely flat, which is helpful for my old knees. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, we will be back!

  • We had a wonderful time staying at this house for our vacation. There were 11 of us that stayed here and we were very comfortable. The dock was where we spent most of the daylight hours swimming in the calm waters of this fabulous cove. This is by far one of the best places to stay at the Ozarks!
