Stay at Watson’s Rose Lake Resort in a modern vacation apartment on the upper level of a historic inn along the White Pine Scenic Byway, 25 miles east of Coeur d’Alene. Three bedrooms and bunk area can accommodate up to eight people. There is an open kitchen stocked with everything you need except for the food. Two bathrooms one tub/shower. There is plenty of parking for your RV or boat.
Rail to trail cyclists will find us conveniently located between Harrison and Kellogg, Idaho, just two miles from the Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes and 40 minutes by car from the Route of the Hiawatha. The inn is located at the base of Fourth of July Pass, where backpackers, ATV riders, and Nordic skiers will find a network of trails to explore. But you don’t have to go anywhere to have a great time at this relaxed and informal getaway. Float a boat, water ski, swim, or wet a line in Rose Lake, just steps away from the resort. Fry up your catch on the barbecue grill on the deck and take in the beautiful views of the lake and surrounding forest.
In winter, the Inland Northwest becomes a snow playground. Downhill skiers and boarders can use Watson’s as central base from which to sample the area’s five ski mountains: Silver Mountain, Lookout Pass, Schweitzer, Mount Spokane and 49 Degrees North. Nordic skiers can experience miles of trails just up the hill on Fourth of July Pass.
Also available is a complete “Rustic Bar” that can accommodate up to 50 persons (must be 21) along with bartender in your own private setting. (May not be available on certain days depending on season). The bar and lounge closes at 9:45pm sharp when guests are staying overnight.
There are also two small rustic cabins. Please contact us for information on these separate units.

My hunting partners and I spent two weeks here during the 2011 hunting season. The accomodations were perfect. The facilities were very clean and top notch with everything we needed right at hand. The rooms were spacious and meticulously kept making our stay very relaxing and the owner (John) went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. His hospitality is world class and the resort is in an ideal location for any outdoor activity. The locals were absolutely awesome and worked very hard to offer great ideas for places to hunt. Don't hesitate to stay here and enjoy all of the beauties this area has to offer

Dear John, Thank you for a wonderful experience at Watson's Rose Lake. We loved all of the extra amenities. It seems you thought of everything! We used the 3 queens + the lower bunk so that we could spread out to sleep- you'll understand when you get older.. Again, thank you for sharing your beautiful lodge. We'll let people in Omaha know how wonderful it is. Warm regards,

Wonderful bike trip to Harrison and back on paved trail following CdA River. Quick dips in river to cool down and drink in the vistas. Morning runs down Doyle Rd, eating blueberries on the way and finishing up with a swim in the lake - Too Cool! Day trips to Silverwood, returning for a cold one and roasted marshmallows around the fire pit with the kids - What a way to go! We'll be back.
