Escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy a relaxing vacation in the beautiful North Carolina Mountains. This cabin is only 3 hours from either Charlotte or Atlanta. This charming cabin is located in the quiet neighborhood of Trillium Village. It is a three bedroom, two bath cabin with a spacious loft and two wood burning fireplaces. This cabin has a very open floor plan with vaulted ceiling in the family room. The master bedroom and bath are on the main floor with two additional bedrooms and one bath upstairs. The highlight of this cabin is the very private screened in back porch with a fireplace. The back porch is nestled in the trees of a nature preserve that the cabin backs up to.
For a nominal membership fee, Trillium Links and Lake Club has the benefits of both a championship 18 hole golf course and pristine Lake Glenville. In addition to the golf course and lake, Trillium also offers a pool, tennis courts, fitness center, hiking, fishing, Kayaking, and water sports. There are also two restaurants on the property. The Clubhouse is on the golf course side and offers fine dining with sweeping mountain views. The Landings offers more casual fare and overlooks Lake Glenville. There are many hiking trails that wind through the property of Trillium. One of the most popular trails is Mule Kicking Falls that begins right out the front door of this cabin.
Another draw of this cabin is its proximity to the towns of Cashiers and Highlands. Both boast upscale dining and wonderful shopping. There are also many excellent hiking trails and beautiful waterfalls within minutes of these towns.

This home is absolutely beautiful and in a lovely area a short drive into Cashiers. It was spotless and well maintained. The home was very well stocked - everything that we needed was there. Most of our evenings were spent on the beautiful screened in porch. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for sharing your home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Better than advertised in every way! Furnished and decorated as a family's home. We felt like guests, not renters. Owners even invited us to use firewood or anything in house. Excellent communication with owner; instructions, suggestions, etc. Location very convenient to Trillium amenities, Lake Glenville and Cashiers. Exceeded our expectations in every way. Thanks for a perfect escape from the heat at the beach.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
