Why the Owner Chose Sun Valley:
Loren and Marlene Bullock have a long history of loving Sun Valley. In 1990 we were staying in an Atiler condo and noticed a 2 bedroom unit for sale. We had an impulsive moment and purchased it. This impulse turned into one of the best decisions we ever made. Over the past 20 years we have vacationed - had family reunions with our children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. We now want to share this same experience with others. Over the past 20 years we have remodeled the bathrooms - redid the kitchen with new appliances and granite counter tops - added on a deck that is wonderful to sit in the early morning sunshine and read or watch the stars and moon on beautiful summer nights - this is a family friendly unit that is comfortable and care free. We added a full size washer and dryer when we stayed the whole summer. It is utilitarian and comfortable without frills that little children aren't allowed to touch. Our greatest desire is to have others fall in love with Sun Valley and make the memories we have cherished. For the skiers there is a cozy warm place to return to after a day on the mountain. It is a short walk to "Dollar Mountain" for the kids and beginners, and busses to all the major ski resorts in the area. The sleigh ride from the inn up Trail Creek for dinner is a memory in itself. All year round the beauty of the valley brings peace and contentment. We hope you will let us share these experiences with you.
