This beautiful Villa is located on the 18th Fairway at the Country Club Of Sebring. The Country Club Of Sebring is an upscale gated community surrounded by the Beautiful Hammock State Park. The Country Club has an 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, pool and club house with bar and restaurant.
Entering the villa you are greeted with a spacious entry way that features beautiful tray ceilings, this opens into a large great room, dining area and kitchen all tiled with beautiful 18x18 ceramic tile, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances. The master suite (which also features tray ceilings) has a walk in closet plus a large walk in shower, and 2 sinks, and a view of the live oaks and golf course. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer and an attached 2 car garage. All rooms have ceiling fans.
The back of the villa faces the 18th Fairway which is framed by several huge live oaks with Spanish moss draping from the branches. All this can be viewed from a wall of windows and sliding doors while sitting in the great room, kitchen or dining area or just sitting on the screened lanai outside of the great room. There are 2 flat screen TV's with cable if you do decide to stay inside.
There are numerous golf courses within minutes of the Villa, or drive just 70 miles to either coast and enjoy the warm waters and pristine beaches. You might just want to enjoy a day at the pool that is only a 2 minute walk which is next to the club house, restaurant and bar.

My wife and I spent two wonderful weeks at Delberts villa.We were not disappointed with the villa as it was very spacious and modern. We had not only Deer in the back yard but also a large Turtle. You have easy access to shopping as well as the Sebring golf course which is right in your back yard. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to rent a villa for a holiday. My wife and I hope to return next year but will stay for a month rather than only two weeks.Recommended for: Age 55+.

The Villa is very clean and well-maintained. Beautiful setting on the golf course. We loved the screened in patio! Close to the pool and golf course. Would definitely recommend to others!Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just returned from a weeks golfing in Sebring. We stayed at this villa and couldn't say enough good things about it. Delbert was there when we arrived to show us around and answer any questions. The condo is new ,clean and extremely well equipped. We saw deer and turtles is the back yard. It is covenient to everything, I would not hesitate to recommend this condo.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

We love the fact that we are at the Country Club because we have a pool and golf and the State Park. If you decide to go out for dinner or a drink just walk across the fairway to the Club House or to the pool.
