  I really liked this studio. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very handy and cute. It was awesome being able to walk across the street into the park. It is a fantastic location and we had privacy from the main house. The only drawback was the freeway noise but I would defintely stay here again.

  I have so many great things to say about our experience but don't know where to start. Everything was perfect from beginning to end!!! From contacting Cami, to her accomodating all of my requests , to her being one the nicest people I have done business with in a long time!!! Although this unit is on the same property of the residence, you would hardly know it. Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend...especially for parents of Chico State students coming for the weekend. Much better than any hotel you can find in town. Thanks again for being so awesome!!!!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  This rental is Chico at it's best! You are across the street from Bidwell Park and all that it has to offer including swimming, biking, hikes and amazing views. Close to Downtown, campus and shops. The studio was clean and cozy with a wonderful historic feel and pictured accurately online. Owners answered all questions and were very attentative. I would recommend this rental to anyone who is visiting the area. It is a great alternative to a hotel. Book now, you won't be disappointed!

  We were thrilled with the space here. The neighborhood is fabulous and the unit (above the garage) is gorgeous. The kitchen is adorable and recently re-done, the linens are soft and lovely, the bathroom is clean and the couch is comfy. There was a twin bed and a full bed, couch and entertainment center in a big carpeted open soom. It was perfect for us. Etta is one year old and she had plenty of space to crawl around. There were nice touches such as cute little lamps and a big fuzzy throw blanket. The garage is right across the street from an entrance to Bidwell park. We walked in to downtown, went to breakfast, the farmers market and the university. It was the perfect location. The one draw back was the constant "whoosh" of HWY 99. If you have trouble with background noise this location may bother you.

  Wonderful, quaint guest home. Conveniently located and within walking distance to downtown. Across the street from beautiful Bidwell Park. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. We will definitely be back.
