THE LOCATION
This Non-Smoking, five bedroom, four bathroom, Alpine Chalet-style Home with 8 person HOT TUB, can comfortably sleep 11 people. It can be rented 2 ways,either the entire house which sleeps 11 or the Apartment only which sleeps 4 people.

The home is located in south Jackson in a very quiet and secluded neighborhood, where you can truly experience being out West and way from it all, yet within easy reach of Jackson Hole and all that it has to offer.

The home is eight miles from downtown Jackson Hole and the snow king ski area and approximately 20 miles from Teton Village and the Jackson Hole Ski area. The roads here are all very well maintained, driving is easy, and there is very little traffic and congestion to deal with, its just ten minutes into town and 25 minutes to the Village.

THE HOUSE

The house has a separate apartment area, which is attached to the main house by a heated hallway.
The entire house: Five bedrooms, 1 queen futon: sleeps 11.Includes apartment area.

The apartment area features its own living area/kitchen a bathroom and two bedrooms 1 queen bed ,2 twins. CABLE TV, VCR, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and equipped kitchen.Its own weber grill located on the apartment deck area.

The apartment can be rented alone and is available thoroughout the year,please check our other listing 88252 for availability and information. Apartment sleeps 4 people. Hot tub not available for apartment rental only.


The main house has three floors: ground level, which is the same level as the apartment, has two bedrooms, one set of twin bunkbeds , one twin. A den area with a queen futon, TV, and VCR. Laundry room/office with washer and dryer and one bathroom with bath and shower. Main floor is a open plan living room/kitchen area with a large screen TV, cable, DVD, CD player.

The kitchen is fully-equipped and perfect for entertaining and a joy to cook in as it features a large island area. A powder room with shower is also on this floor. Top floor is the master bedroom with King-size bed. Large Bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub and a tiled double walk-in shower room. We provide towels and linens for your use.

The house also features a large wrap-around deck with 8 person hot tub.A Weber Grill for your use and deck furniture available in the summer months. We do have extra cross country skis, snowshoes, and sleds available for your use if requested.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:

* A deposit of Half down is required to hold the house for the dates you require and a full refund will be given if canceled within 60 days of your scheduled stay (minus $100 processing fee). Once deposit is received an agreement contract will be sent to you.

* On arrival a damage deposit of $500 is required, which will be refunded to you, if everything is left as you found it on your arrival.
