A beautiful modern, 3000 square foot custom home offers, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath. Across the driveway there is an optional detached studio that includes a 3/4 bath. ***Exclusive use of property is only granted if the studio is rented with the house.***

This unique property features an outdoor yoga area complete with outdoor showers, copper tubs, dry sauna with awesome water views. An amphitheater with fire ring sits boldly on an outcropping that gives more spectacular views in all directions.

All structures, decks and patios are placed to take maximum advantage of the spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. Everything about this Estate speaks quality, privacy, relaxation and renewal. This one of a kind jewel is fit for even the most discriminating.

This property is a great location for intimate weddings of 50 people or less. It offers a variety of optimally scenic backdrops for the lucky couple.
