Ideally located between Jacksonville and Historic St. Augustine. Feel the ocean breezes from the east and watch the sun set over the dunes of the Guana State Park to the west.
For an additional small fee - we also offer optional Beach club access to the Serenta Beach Club which is located just minutes away. Serenata has 2 pools, fine dining plus fitness club.
CASA DEL SOL is uniquely decorated and lovingly cared for, this cozy home is a perfect beach get-a-way for family and friends. Decorated with bright yellow and golden hues, terra cotta mexican tile throughout main living areas.
Large open family room with cathedral ceiling,wooden beams throughout and spectacular ocean views. Family room opens to a spacious kitchen with plenty of room to prepare a feast. Our dining table comfortable seats 10 people. Kithen is full equipped.
Roomy master bedroom (king-size bed plus queen futon) with private bath and beautiful views of ocean to the east and Guana Wildlife State Park to the west. There is a TV in master bedroom.
Other bedrooms have queen-size beds, Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds, three of the four bedrooms have ocean views.
Our beach is sandy white, peaceful and private. We are not located near a public beach and no cars have access to drive on our beach.
In addition to our many amenities we offer our guest Free use of HIGH SPEED INTERNET acces and FREE local and domestic long distance phone calls.
We have a DVD,VCR,Cable TV,Stereo for your enjoyment.
Our home is well maintained and has tasteful beach decor touches. We have many repeat tenants who enjoy our home year after year.

Why the Owner Chose Ponte Vedra Beach
The location is perfect, mostly residential non commercial, private beach yet Downtown St Augustine is less than a 15 minute drive. You dont have to worry about crowds or cars driven on beach. Guests love to swim in ocean or enjoy the beach club usage just 5 minutes away. You can also fish from shore. Marina is close by. The Guana State Park is directly across the street. The inter coastal waterway is just to the west- deep sea fishing excursions offered at local marina.

Family vacation - from the second we walked into the door we knew this was going to be a perfect week. The weather was great - the kids enjoyed the sand and surf. We watched the dolphins swim by in pairs. We loved the views - all around relaxing time. We are looking forward to spending next year here

We have rented Casa del Sol at least 4 times - we love the local getaway. We shared a special weekend with daughter and friends. Great kitchen for cooking, took walks on beach, watching the sun rise. Lots of memories shared

Friends on a road trip - breaking in the new year with great friends and catching a couple of mofro shows. Enjoyed St Augustine for some entertainment, it was beautiful to see the whole town glow up with Christmas lights. Casa del Sol was perfect for the end of our stay - we enjoyed time with great friends.
