With all the wonderful things to do within the grounds like tennis, swimming and BBQ's you can relax without leaving the complex. And it is such an easy stroll to the Best beaches, dining and activities it makes the perfect retreat for my family and friends who visit Maui!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The Building is Concrete for soundproof quiet sleeping comfort, and also helps the Air Conditioner to keep it cooooool. I love that I can view the pool from my lanai, and I can choose to go down when it's empty or to be social. I can see if the ocean is calm or not through the trees. It is far enough away from s. Kihei Road with the green grassy area, the pool and the walkway in between. I just love the quiet location of this condo!

After returning from Maui , we would just like to say a big Thank You to Audrey for renting us her condo. This condo was very clean and had all that we needed well in Maui for three weeks . The condo was exactly what was shown to us on the listing and the pool and grounds were great . The location was so central to shopping , dinning and right across the road to the Charlie Yound beach , as well as within walking distance to many other beaches. We will definatly use this property again when we plan our next trip to Maui. I would definatly recomend this property to anyone and all ages.
