  Our group has been doing the annual ski trip for 27 years! The house was clean and the owners are organized. We will be back!

  This was our second year renting this house, and there will most likely be a third!!! This house is so huge that you can have a huge group of people, but it will still seem that you are only sharing with 3 or 4 people. The owners are extremely nice. The dishwasher got overflowed, and Ken came a few hours after reporting the issue to fix it. No questions asked!!! It is only a 15-20 minute drive to Park City, which is probably how long you would have to wait for a shuttle if staying there anyway. I have nothing bad to say about this rental!

  This was a wonderful location for our family reunion with plenty of bedrooms. We needed more chairs for dinner because it was too cold/snowy to use the patio furniture, but that was a minor issue. My daughter loved playing in the little play area under the stairs! We loved our stay and hope to go back!

  We had a great vacation and reunion at this wonderful house. The house was very spacious and well laid out. The downstairs game room and theater was a hit with everyone. One suggestion would be to have all the beds made prior to arrival. The garage refrigerator barely keep food cool. However, we will be coming back again next year. Had the best time. Rented boat at Jordanelle and spent another day in Park City with the grandkids. I would highly recommend this house for your next vacation/reunion.

  House was spacious and well laid out. Great master bedroom. Spacious downstairs game room and nice home theater. We enjoyed the accommodations with the following exceptions: 1) Place was not cleaned and beds were not made prior to our arrival. Spent 3 hours cleaning and making beds. 2) Both garbage cans were jammed full and there were garbage bags in the garage when we got there on Wednesday and pickup was not until Friday 3) Seems to rent at the price point, but we have stayed in much nicer waterfront places with better services for the same price. 4) Linens and towels getting worn; some door knobs worn out and don't lock /unlock easily. 5) Wanted to use the fire pit, but didn't dare because it is so close to surrounding natural vegetation and trees.

  We had the perfect family reunion in this house. This beautiful home had everything we needed. The spaciousness was comfortable for our 22 people with entertainment things for the 2 yr. old to the grandparents. The two refrigerators were most useful and I was surprised they furnished all the TP, paper towels, soaps, and detergents we needed. Everything inside and out was 5-Star. We definitely highly recommend this rental home. I hope we will be able to use it again ourselves.

  We had a great vacation in this beautiful home. The house was very clean and in excellent condition. The description and photos accurately depicted this outstanding home. The home theater room was a big hit. The ski resorts were a short drive away and grocery shopping in Heber City was only 5-10 minutes away. The owners were awesome to deal with--very friendly and helpful. Thanks Jane and Ken.

  That is what our kids (11 cousins between the ages of 18 and 3) had to say about our stay at this wonderful house! The kids loved the theater room, the ping pong , the fire pit , the mini house under the stairs (with lights on the inside). The men loved the theater room ,the billiards table,the ping pong,the other huge TV's ,the grill and the jacuzzi! The women loved the very spacious kitchen ,the 2 big refigerators ,the 3 set of washers & dryers (came in very handy with all the kids) ,the jacuzzi and all the deer and birds passing trough the backyard. The property was very clean and well maintained , the photos of the house are accurate . The owners were very helpful answering our questions (how to turn on the jacuzzi??, It"s already on ,you only have to take of the cover.) We all LOVE IT and want to go back next year for spring break again! There is a Walmart and a Smith's supermarket in Heber city ,near the house (10min) the kids loved the tubing at Gorgonza Park and the skying and snowboarding at park city.

  We had a family get together there for a fiftieth anniversary party. We all loved this home and it's location. It was very roomy for sleeping arrangements and space for the kids to play. It was nice to show up there and be pleasntly surprised as opposed to being let down. The kids loved the theatre room and backyard. We would definitely stay there again.

  This was the perfect place to stay for our group. We have an annual boy’s trip where 15-20 of us escape for a 2-3 day golf tournament. The home was extremely spacious. The downstairs rooms allow for a lot of activities with the Ping Pong Table, Pool Table, and Theater room. We also enjoyed the deck and barbecue. This is our 4th gathering and was by far the best get away we had so far. We are planning on a repeat visit!!!
