The 2nd bedroom offers two twin beds, dresser and night stand.
The 3rd bedroom offers a king bed, dresser and night stand. These bedrooms share a large bath with tub/shower.
"OASIS" offers a large open floor plan for living room and kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. If you desire to grill your "Catch of the Day" there is a gas grill on the enclosed porch complete with new furniture. The living room has tropical furnishings.
Should you desire to do laundry on your vacation, "OASIS" has a new washer and dryer ironing board and iron.
Outside you will find a storage unit for additional items."OASIS" offers a large private heated inground swimming pool enclosed. 'OASIS" can be found overlooking the Keys style wood dock on Sacarma Bay. Enjoy your pina coladas while you relax watching the sunsets.
Amenities include central A/C, Cable TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo, Internet Access, Washer/Dryer,Double Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Barbecue Grill and more. From the Key's style wood dock, boating access is good for medium draft vessels with the Atlantic and its coral reefs just a short run offshore. The back country and Gulf waters are easily accessed also. Nearby there is a full service marina with dive facilities, bait and fuel plus boat ramp.
Also close by there are convenience stores, fuel, groceries, post office, banks and restaurants. Key West which is 23 miles south offers excellent world class dining, interesting history and unique shopping. There is air service to Key West or use Miami International which is a three hour drive. This is a non smoking home.
