This property has it all! Tahoya Shores is a lakeside studio condo complex on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, about .5 miles west of HWY 267 on North Lake Blvd. With the private sand beach, pier, and swimming cove at the complex the kids won't want to leave the lake! If the lake gets too cold then the on-site swimming pool and spa will warm you up! This unit is on the second floor with a balcony looking directly out over the pool and spa area for easy monitoring, with a serene mountain landscape in the distance. The peek view of the lake and large balcony allows for perfect outdoor enjoyment for the whole family to enjoy.
When staying at this unit, you are walking distance to many activities in Kings Beach as well as Tahoe Vista. Safeway is a stone's throw away with restaurants within walking distance as well. The golf course is right next to Safeway. Walk to the Kings Beach summer music concert series on Friday nights, only minutes away! Almost any Tahoe activity is within a 10 minute drive of the condo such as golfing, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, boating, para-sailing, kayaking, jet skiing, swimming, and more!
The location of this condo is unbelievable! A quick 30 second walk through the complex and you are at the lake! The sand beach area is great for anyone to enjoy the water. The grassy terrace above the water allows for a relaxing day. If you are looking for a cozy studio with private beach access then you have found the place! Couldn't be a better location with private beach/lake access and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. Older property but grounds, pool, hot tub are well maintained.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was the perfect size for two of us and was centrally located in the exact location we wanted to be at. The private beach area was very peaceful and serene, there was a darling bunny munching on grass while we were sunbathing. We slept really well in the fold down bed and will now admit to at first being apprehensive. But we honestly were very comfortable and slept better than we do at home! We hope to return to this unit in the future but in the meantime, we heartily recommend it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Nice, new place. Lakefront view is amazing! Nice pool area. Good location close to food/shopping centers. I would definitely recommend this property.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

This location is very unique. You can walk 5 minutes to Safeway, or a bit further and you are in Kings Beach. Restaurants, sports activity rentals and all the amenities are within walking distance, but you are staying in a quiet lakeside getaway. Driving it is only 15 minutes to Northstar, 2 minutes to Kings Beach, under 10 minutes to the casinos, 15 minutes to Incline Village and 15 minutes to Tahoe City.
