This Victorian home was built in 1897 for Dr. Wilson as his residence and office, the house still has his original intercom system for people to reach him in case of an Emergency.
The Main Floor bedroom is named after Kathy Jo’s mother Eve Webster, this room was the original doctor’s waiting area, which features stain glass windows and the outside door still has Office Etched in the Glass. The quilts on the beds were made by Eve.
The Dining Room was Dr. Wilson’s original examining room.
As you climb up the open stair case to the second floor you will come to the first bedroom which is Blair’s Room, this is named after a very dear friend’s daughter who has her orange and pink wings and is watching over us. There is a quilt hanging on the wall that was specially made for Blair Anderson.
The next room is named after our grandmothers, Jennie Gilbertson which was Jim’s grandmother and Helena Harder which was Kathy Jo’s grandmother. This room is decorated in Kathy Jo’s favorite color Purple. It features a beaded purse that was made by Kathy Jo’s great grandmother for her grandmother Sylvia Webster.
Across the hall you will come to the Deborah Ann’s room which is named after my soul partner who gave me the courage to follow my dreams to make this home a reality. This room is decorated in her favorite color Pink.
The quilt hanging over the railing was made by Eve Webster pieced when she was 7 years old and quilted when she was 70. The Pink quilt in the rack was made for Eve by her grandmother when she was born in 1927.

My wife Has always wanted a Victorian Home on or near the water in a small town with friendly people. What a beautiful place with all the bluffs and right on lake Pepin, you could not ask for anything more.

We really like how close it is to all that we have here in Lake City, we are only 2 Blocks from the grocery store, there are 7 Restaurants, a hardware store, quilt shop, Scrapbook store ,Post office, 2 banks, 3 Gas stations, Fire station, 2 Blocks from the Lake or 3 blocks from the pier.
3 parks that are right in town. And Patton Park is right across the street.
