This is a 2-story home, with large living room with French doors that open to the screened-in porch. The porch runs the length of the house, some families take all their meals there to enjoy the beach even more. There is a deck that is 16 ft by 16 ft to enjoy, and the front of the deck there is a bench facing the sand dunes and ocean to take a family photo as a reminder of your time here.
The Dinning Room seats 10, great for family meals, plans for the next day and talk about what you enjoyed about today.
The bedrooms upstairs are large rooms. There are unique pieces of art work on the wall, plenty of books to read. TV's in each bedroom.

Our family had an amazing time at this wonderful beach house. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need in it and the dining room fit our whole family. However as stated in the home description we had most of our meals on the breezy porch. We never watched TV , our 12 yr old took herself to the beach twice and we were there most of the time. When we arrived the house was immaculate and welcoming and we felt right at home. Hoping to be there again soon.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had one of our best vacations ever staying here! The house is right on the beach! The beach is beautiful and spacious! The house is in a residential area so the beaches are not crowded at all. There are plenty of nearby amenities and attractions to keep everyone busy. Our kids enjoyed many hours of skimboarding and even surfing for the first time! The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating! We hope to return again and again in years to come! We have found the perfect family get-away! We highly recommend this property!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Year Purchased: 1938
About the owner: My grand parents and great-grand parents built the home. It is home for us, we vacation there regularly, and we hope you enjoy and love the beach house as much as we do. One recent guest said "it was better than Graceland". We have our family pictures there, it is our home. I have many fond memories growing up on the beach surfing, building sand-castles, swimming and catchin' rays. Also my children are third generation as children growing up at the beach, our home deserves to be shared.

The relaxing beach setting is amazing, a comfortable family home with screened-in porch; deck with bench around it, tables & chairs to enjoy the setting. This is a unique 'vacation' home in that it is used by the family members extensively as their beach home.
