A beautiful over-sized luxury beachfront home on Sandyland Road in Carpinteria, sleeps 6.
Our home is twice the size of other available short term rentals on Sandyland Road and features a full gourmet kitchen, fireplace, private laundry, flat screen television, WIFI, parking and more in an unbeatable beachfront location.
There are wonderful ocean views from our entertaining deck, equipped with a BBQ, outdoor fireplace and high-end outdoor loungers seating and umbrellas.
We provide additional boogie boards, beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs, beach fire pit for the the ultimate in beachfront enjoyment and convenience.
Our beach is known as 'The Worlds Safest Beach' great for young children, parents can relax knowing their children are safe in the water with full-time lifeguards on duty during peak Summer months.
We are within walking distance to all that downtown Carpinteria has to offer, including many of the areas restaurants, shops and more.
Santa Barabara is just 7 miles north.
