Welcome to our wonderful Plantation Club villa. Located in world-renowned Sea Pines Plantation with expansive golf and lagoon views of the ninth hole of the ocean course and first and 18th hole of the brand new Pete Dye Heron Pointe course.Our villa is a 6 minute walk to the beach.
Our well-appointed villa is very comfortable. This unit is the closest two-bedroom Plantation club to the ocean. Our Plantation Club condominium is a ground-floor unit, walk out to view the golf course,lagoons, herons, egrets, etc. With a larger-than-normal patio, there is plenty of room for grilling(weber kettle grill) and eating outside on the new patio furniture. On-site pool 30 yards from front door.
Located only 175 yards from the Plantation clubhouse, you can enjoy 53 holes of golf,at the Ocean, Heron Pointe and Harbourtown golf courses. A short walk,drive, bike or trolly ride(parking available)to the Sea Pines Beach Club offers swimming, sunbathing, food (lunch and dinner), beverages, and music right on the ocean, (during the season). If you prefer, there are many beach walks for a more quiet and private experience.
Our villa is a short walk to the shops of Sea Pines and only one mile to world famous Harbour Town and its golf course, shops, restaurants, marina and lighthouse while still offering you lots of privacy.
Interior is updated on a continuous basis,accommodation includes Simmons top of the line plush top king w/ cable plasma TV & DVD, second bedroom with two full size beds TV & DVD no cable, and living room queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, 2 rockers and 32 plasma TV. We also have a well stocked kitchen.Price includes depature cleaning - small dogs allowed with owner approval and additional pet fee.

I have rented via VRBO several times (10+), but this is by FAR my best experience. The owners are great and helped in every way possible. They went out of their way to be accessible and communicated with us regularly during the process. The condo is spotless and very nicely decorated. It was very roomy with loads of sleeping space. The location is fantastic - an end ground floor unit - with quick access to both pools, the golf course and a nice stroll to Harbor Towne. We walked to Harbor Towne every morning for breakfast and rode bikes to South Beach. The snack bar and bike rentals are a minutes walk from the condo door. Our Westie went with us and she loved spending her days looking out the sliding glass door at the golfer carts on the course. It was a great relaxing time and I could not have been more happy with the experience. I will definitely be calling back to schedule our next get-away to Hilton Head with these great owners and at this great location. Wonderful in every way!!!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was my first time finding a vacation rental through VRBO. The owners of this condo were great to work with. I had no problems at all. The condo was accurately described and the pictures were representative of the condo. The condo was clean, and all of the mechanicals and appliances worked well. The condo is 0.3 miles to the beach. While it would be an easy walk, my kids and I either elected to bike or drive (the trunk was good for the chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc). The pool in the complex was clean and well taken care of. We spent most of our time on the beach, but we swam in the pool on a few occasions. My kids and I had a great time at Hilton Head. There is no question we will be returning, and I would not hesitate to rent this condo again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
