  I must say i was a little skeptical at first. I was looking for a place that a large family could stay and play together. This was the place. The expansive front porch is the perfect social hub. the updated kitchen was good for cooking, I would bring few of my own favorite gadgets next time. We grilled all of our meals and ate in the great back yard. All the rooms do have cable tv and wifi is available. I would update the decor a little, thats just my personal taste, but the bones are all there. Well maintained, plus all those bathrooms the location is the best part of it all. 2 blocks from the ink well. 2 blocks from the basketball courts and tennis courts. and 2 blocks from center of town. what more could you want? The owner is charming and gets things done when you can get him. He is a busy guy. I would highly commend this place

  We loved the sunny rooms and porches! the kitchen/ dining room fit our family perfectly... the beach was right down the road-- the location was one of the best things about the house- the home had everything we needed and we cant wait to return next summer!

  This home was large and spacious- and in a wonderful location! great for multiple families- I stayed here with my family and my brother and his family and it was perfect for our large group. The house is close to Oak Bluffs town and beach. loved the porch and back yard was perfect for our young kids. The Vineyard was beautiful as always and the house was wonderful we can't wait to return
