  I spent a girls only long weekend in July 2010 in this townhouse and absolutely loved everything about it. The location is ideal. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and trailheads. We biked straight out of the house to beautiful biking trails. The home is spacious, well furnished, comfortable, and affords an amazing view of the mountains. It has a spacious, perfectly equipped, gourmet kitchen, which opens into a living room with a fireplace. Just the place to gather around after a long day of hiking, biking or skiing. This place is more than just a vacation rental. It truly feels tranquil and warm and provides all the comforts of home. There were only four of us for the weekend, but the house seems big enough for at least twice as many people.

  Colorado is such a beautiful place to visit. Every year as I am sitting on the ski lift, I and overcome by the most amazing feelings of peace and tranquility. The condo became home base for this incredible trip. Our family found it to be beautiful with a great floor plan. The enormous main space including the kitchen, dining area and den were comfortable, cozy, warm, spacious and very well detailed. The great kitchen island quickly became the center of many family gatherings..whether for breakfast or pre-dinner cocktails or light late-night snacks. The bedrooms are large and comfortable with a convenient laundry room on the same floor as the bedrooms. The garage is large and enters directly into an area for removing boots and getting organized for the day. The location is perfect. It is a short walk to the bus stop taking us directly to the slopes. The condo is also conveniently located near the mountain, shops/restaurants and downtown. Colorado is wonderful and this condo will make your family trip even more memorable.

  Location, Location, Location, It's the perfect location for all the activities that you would want to do in Steamboat. We walked to dinner in town and to the mountain, road our bikes from the townhouse along the scenic river trails, hiked to Mount Werner, easy walk to shopping, galleries,and music venues. All the comforts of home, the townhouse has an open floor plan, very spacious, peaceful, spotless, and quiet. Beautiful kitchen, it has everything for preparing home cooked meals. The bathrooms are large with marble sinks, good water pressure, and nice quality bath towels. Very comfortable beds, with lovely sheets, blankets, and ceiling fans-- I opened the windows, and slept like a baby with the fresh mountain air. The amenity center, including pool and hot tubs, is next door-- a few feet away from the townhouse. I would highly recommend staying in this townhouse we had so much fun in the summer, I can't wait to hop on the shuttle to go skiing this coming winter.

  I just wanted to let you know how much my entire family enjoyed the townhouse. We have rented other homes and condos in Steamboat during ski season, but this was without a doubt the best experience we have ever had. The process was easy, the unit was beautiful and the attention to every detail made it feel like home, a large home! Transportation was easy. Even though we had a car, your suggestion to take the bus was spot on. We were at the mountain in just a few minutes and better yet we were home at the end of the day just as quick. The bus was so convenient we even took it into to town on a few occasions. Everything about our stay was perfect. Your town home will forever be included in our Steamboat plans.

  This town house is an amazing property, certainly nicer than most primary residences. The full kitchen, dining area and living area on the first floor are very spacious. There is a gas fireplace which is great after a day of skiing. The upstairs bedrooms are roomy with ample private bathrooms. The bedroom we stayed in has a very comfortable bed. The décor is very nice and the property is in immaculate condition We are very tuned in to the indoor temperature of a property in the winter. This house is very comfortable; the thermostats work well, so it doesn’t get too hot or too cold at night and a different temperature can be set for each room. The layout of the first floor allows you to come in with ski boots on, and then easily remove them at a bench in the large entry area. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so it is quite private. The walk to the bus bus stop, is not far, perhaps 3 minutes and easy to do. The bus system is very reliable and can take you to both the resort or to town.

  Steamboat feels like home. I would absolutely recommend this townhome for any vacation, whether it is a weekend away with the girls or a family vacation. The multiple bedrooms, each with heavenly beds and private baths satisfy everyone’s needs and exceeds all expectations. The location is great, allowing for a night in while enjoying the amenities of home sweet home (including the great views) and located within walking distance of great restaurants, ski slopes, or a “Strings in the Mountains” concert (which by the way, you shouldn’t miss). We have been there twice and plan to keep coming back.

  This is an amazing house in a beautiful setting! Our family had a wonderful time skiing over spring break and the house had every amenity we could wish for, as well as beautiful views from all around. The bus picked our skiers up each morning practically at our doorstep and took them directly to the ski mountain. The return trip was just as easy. In the afternoons, we spent time relaxing in the outdoor hot tub and enjoying the fresh air. We also enjoyed the town, the walking path along the river and the nearby shopping. The house is large and has many beds and bedrooms, so it’s great for multiple families.

  We enjoyed a magical week at this beautiful Steamboat townhome. The home is new, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were impressed with the quality of the beds/matresses, the full upscale kitchen and the unique spacious floorplan. We enjoyed walks into the quaint town as well as fast easy access to the mountain.This townhouse is ideal all four seasons. We would love to come back...and plan to. It was a perfect home away from home!
