Step through the two story entry way and your eyes will be drawn to one of the best long lake views at Artesian Lakes. The lot is situated at the end of Smith Lake and offers a private lake cove, naturally fenced in by a line of glorious cattails. Board the onsite canoe and you can explore the many natural wonders Artesian Lakes has to offer.
This one story house, completed in Nov 2009, is available for rent and can accommodate 10-12 people. It features three bedrooms and three and one half bathrooms. Each of the three bedrooms has a private bathroom. The lake front master suite contains a king-size bed, separate shower and tub, large master closet, and French door access to the covered back porch. The queen size bedroom also offers great lake front views and French door access to the back porch. The bunkroom offers two full/twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids.
This Log home's open floor plan, which encompasses the family room, dining area, and kitchen, is comfortably arranged for socializing. The log-beamed family room centers on the stone-faced fireplace with a sleeper sofa and two recliners. Unwind with a book, or watch the big game on the fireplace-mounted flat screen TV. The large dining table is a great place for a board game or a friendly hand of cards. The kitchen offers all of the modern conveniences of home with stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry. A half bath and a laundry room, with washer and dryer, finish off the main living space.
The exterior of Cattail Cove offers the best of Artesian Lakes. The large covered back porch spans the entire back of the house allowing for picture perfect sunset views. Enjoy outdoor dining on the 8 ft picnic table, or sit back and relax in one of the rocking chairs. Explore the lakes with the onsite canoe or enjoy the amenities at Retreat at Artesian Lake. After your day of exploration, create memories around the fire pit and enjoy the stars.

I like Cattail Cove so much that this was my third visit. Cattail has a wonderful porch with rockers that make it hard to go inside. The house is very comfortable and inviting. The view is beautiful and there is plenty of room for the kidos to play outside. The perfect spot for familes or adults. I highly recommend Cattail Cove.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My first time to stay at Cattail Cove, great location, water views and very comfortable for family retreat or just with friends. Loved the pool area and having the option to eat at the main area restaurant. Looking forward to my next visit.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

What a relaxing place to stay!!! This is where you go to get away from it all! A few wildlife sightings, and a nice dinner at The Hilltop Restaurant during our stay. This is a great place for families, a girl's or guy's weekend, or a romantic getaway.Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Atesian Lakes is NOT an over crowded public lake with gas powered boats, vehicles, and noise pollution. It is NOT a high-density development with “lots of lots” and over-fished lakes. We are NOT the typical country place, lake-house, or ranch. Cattail Cove is located in a safe haven conducive to decompressing from the urban pace with its overload of visual, auditory and sensory clutter. Pristine, litter free, and all natural...with the modern conveniences we are accustomed to.
